It appears that everyone has been assigned to prank one another, from what I have heard and unfortunately seen. While I haven't been picked out, I want to give a reminder not to do anything too cruel and harmful to others. Pranking can be all good fun, but you shouldn't make it vicious or outright mean-spirited. Think of how you would feel if something like that was done to you, before you decide to put it on another. With that said, I hope you also stick to your own targets as well. People don't need to be pranked several times because someone feels like playing a bad joke on them. Something to think about, citizens.

And don't think of doing anything too reckless either - I was attacked by a demonic bird of sorts because he ended up losing control! That is the sort of thing we don't need to see going on, during what seems like a relatively harmless thing for this town to apparently pull.

[ This was probably the best day he'd ever had in Mayfield. Even if he was feeling a bit sick, he'd never seen the town come to life like this. It felt less like a prison and more like an actual place to live this way, with every so set on having fun and actually being themselves for a change. And, hell, maybe this would do some good for the town -- they seemed so jittery most of the time, like everyone was waiting for the other shoe to drop or something.

When he's not out pranking -- and it's not just his targets that he pranks today; the drones make for good practice too -- he's wandering around the town taking in the sights. Maybe he notices that someone is following him, and maybe he doesn't. Either way, he's having his fun. ]

[ Howdy, neighbor! Around your house are buckets of ice cold water trip wired to fall on you. In addition to that, there's a sea cucumber replica right on his pillow.

[ Strewn along the cafeteria tables are the same mayonnaise filled doughnuts as well as in her classroom, there's a doughnut on each desk with some orange juice.

She's not in there just yet as she's busy in the teacher's lounge, but go ahead and enjoy yourself in the meantime with some breakfast for those who possibly haven't eaten it.

However, later on in the day, she has set up a few glasses of water around where it's hard to find a water fountain. However, the water itself has had a few drops of white vinegar in it and one can expect to have the same in the teacher's lounge as well as in her classroom.

April Fool's is her day to pretty much shine. ]

[ When things die down for the day, Ambrosia can be found practicing her shooting and swordplay while always keeping an eye out for some eventual prankers. After all, Mayfield wouldn't be Mayfield without them.

[Pranking is definitely something Makoto could get behind, but she's the type who would normally get behind the not-so-harmful and not-so-humiliating pranks. It would suck if she ended up hurting someone doing a prank or two. Suck waaay too much. So, she had to do all of this strategically. Which meant to do a bit of hunting for the right things.

Feel free to catch Makoto as she runs around the town, clearly rushing around to try to get all of the things for her little pranking projects, and get the pranks over with. She doesn't want to get caught, after all. And maybe treat herself to something nice for her birthday, since it was right around now. Maybe.]

[Action A: Sometime after his prank against Remilia Scarlet, Elmer will be seen out and about town sporting a nice new pair of pink and black bat wings! They'll probably be recognizable to anyone who knows Remilia, and it's obvious that they're not Elmer's anyway. His attempts at flight are a bit less than graceful, as he bumps into trees, houses, you, etc.]


[Action B: He's on a mission, though! For each hand, he carries a water pistol, each filled with water dyed with food coloring. Blue in one hand, orange in the other, he's out on the hunt for his targets! Sure, he's not being subtle, but this is fun, and his targets don't know who he is anyway. Karkat Vantas, Elizabeth, Jade Harley and Olivier Armstrong best watch out, as there's some weird smiling guy flying awkwardly behind you, water pistols hiding in his pockets. You might not even be one of his targets, and you might find him coming up on you. WHAT DO YOU DO?]


[Action C, 1670 Nelson: Elmer returns home eventually, splashed with blue and orange himself, and suffering from some scrapes and bruises. A weird sensation, considering he hasn't had any injuries that last more than a few seconds in 300 years. Once inside, he finds all the mirrors in the house broken. How odd.]

[He was definitely feeling sick.  He hadn't seen too many strange spots, but the tiredness and ill feeling is obvious, and from his experience with this town - it could always get worse.  And it likely would.  

Yes, he had gotten a letter.  Yes, he had tried to ignore it as he had last year, when the town instructed him to kill, and he'd endured the painful nightmares and hallucinations that had come with ignoring the town.

. . . but this year.  He could play a harmless prank.  Chances were some of the pranks weren't going to be so harmless, but Holland could make sure his were. ]

[Gilgamesh will be running around, pulling various pranks. He might ring your door bell and then duck behind a bush. When you open the door, he'll jump out, yell, and make a face at you. He might have coated your house in toilet paper or spray painted pictures or lines like "ENKIDU RULZ" on your porch. He might have hung buckets of confetti above your doors so anyone unlucky enough to open the door will get a bucket of shredded paper to the face.]

2. Phone (afternoon)

[Gilgamesh clears his throat before starting to speak.]

Attention, my future subjects! This is the great and mighty GILGAMESH! You know, first hero ever, King of Heroes, Judge of the Death, etc. During my time in Mayfield, I have noticed that this place is a boring dump! And all you can do with boring dumps like these is to take it over, exploit the hell out of whatever little it has to offer, and then use it as a jump-off point for COMPLETE AND UTTER WORLD DOMINATION! What are you waiting for? The time for Revolution is NOW! Everyone who has ambitions for dominating Mayfied or finding a good way to utilize its citizens, get over to 1668 Nelson to plot with me! For all those of you legendary heroes and civilians out there who stupidly fancy themselves better heroes than me...GET OVER TO MY HOUSE AND TRY TO PUT A STOP TO MY AMBITIONS! He was the Chosen One, too smart for his own good and often with too much free time. The Devil (or at least childhood mischief) found work for idle hands to do. And so, while he considers the letter and its urging somewhat beneath him, Vader still decides to wade into the fray, perhaps for old time's sake.

[A thick layer of used motor oil has been spread on the front stoop, the porch steps and the front walk. Have a party with that.]

[He's been watching her closely, dogging her footsteps. When she steps out of class for lunch, he works quickly, moving things around in her classroom until everything is arranged on the other side of the room. An annoyance for a sighted, and a minefield for the blind.]

[Short and sweet. Sourcing a large rubbish bin, he fills it with water and leans it against the front door. Ringing the bell, he hops the fence, continuing on his way.]

[Getting an early start, Vader works neatly and precisely, carefully directing a flashlight in one hand while working a screwdriver with the other. A poor substitute for a hydrospanner, it nonetheless does the job.

Next morning, Crowley will find the starter for the Bentley in the front seat, tied up in a red bow.]

[If you haven't pranked him yet, prank him fast. Since helping Padme home, he hasn't left his sickly wife's side until now.

[The situation is desperate. He doesn't know what's afflicting her, can't help, and without his Force abilities even his middling talents as a healer are absolutely useless. When Padme seems to take a turn for the worse he swallows down his pride, his anger, and goes to make a call. Obi-Wan isn't a healer either, not to the degree of Vokara Che or Barriss Offee (both dead now he knows, the realization without satisfaction for him), but they were on Lanteeb together, and the Master Jedi came through in the crisis. Vader knows it's worth a shot, anything for his wife.

His tone is brusque.]

[Ebony has a basket today. The basket is full of bags of six little chocolate chip cookies and are tied with various colored curling ribbon. Five of these bags are for intended prank targets and are tied with red ribbons. Within these special bags are five regular chocolate chip cookies and one chili chocolate chip cookie.

The little demon is handing out the bags of cookies to anyone who wants one, but he's careful to only give his targets the red ribboned bags.]

He doesn't really get why he got a list with targets to prank, but if that's what he's supposed to do then who is he to argue with stirring up some mischief? Usually this is the kind of stuff he gets in trouble for, so he's very excited to get out there and scare a few people.

He's even practiced his roaring in the mirror, so hopefully this time he can really strike some fear into people! That'll teach 'em for always calling him cute. 

So either in your house or somewhere outside, Simba will leap out and either roar loudly at you, try to leap down on you from above, or attempt to dart out and nip at your ankles or trip you.]

[And Simba doesn't stop with just his pranking targets either. It doesn't matter if you're just getting into your car, or maybe you're already out driving, but you may soon spot a lion in the backseat of your car. And if you don't see him? You'll certainly hear the roar from the back of your car at least.]

[Greed just stand in the hall for a minute looking at the mail. Then, after a moment, he shrugs and crumples the paper into a ball.]

[Caper campaign?  What was this crap?  He frowns as he reads the letter, his mind naturally flashing back to the events that had transpired the very first month he arrived here.  Had it really been almost a year?  His time in Mayfield had brought some measure of familiarity with its sense of humor; 'events' were now merely an obstacle to be suffered and tolerated, rather than anything that truly set his mind racing in consternation.  ...He isn't sure if this is a sign of growth or not.  Still.  This was harmless enough.  No doubt if he didn't participate, he would start hallucinating about horrorterrors or clowns or something of the sort.]

[That didn't mean he was putting any particular effort into this.  For his adult targets, he simply waits for the house to be emptied before sending Liepard in with a special... gift.  Fang and Ilsa will find a bottle of wine on the counter whenever they return, along with a forged note purportedly from a housemate or a friend.]

[After successfully pulling off his prank on Ilsa, Grimsley dusts his hands off and returns home contentedly.  Job well done.  The smell would clear out by the next morning; no harm no foul.  He unlatches the front door and enters.  ...And almost bodily recoils back out the door.]

[The largest nude portrait he's ever seen in his life is spread before him, blocking the way to the kitchen and up the front stairs.  It is mesmerizingly horrific.]

Raz is not fond of having to play along with Mayfield, but this almost seems... fun? Harmless? At least, he's going to try and make it be fun and harmless. Armed with the most juvenile knowledge of pranks and pranking, he is out stalking his targets, waiting for the prime opportunity to strike!

...He's really bad at this, you can spot him any time you like.]
