[Hiccup sighs.]

Right, so, stuff is happening again! Wohoo, awesome yay so much fun. [Man that sarcasm is practically thick enough to cut.]

Anyway, I guess... right. I'm kind of the local blacksmith, I guess. I haven't been doing much lately, but if anyone needs anything from the forge, just let me know, and I can make you what you need. I'm best at swords and axes and knives and shields and stuff, but if you want something more complicated just ask and we can talk about it.

Yeah. Um.

Just thought everyone should know. I know I somehow managed to be Homecoming King or whatever so... just saying don't expect a repeat of that performance.

Um. I know I haven't been around the forge much lately. Sorry about that. If you need something... I guess you can ask but... it's kind of pointless so unless you have something that needs to be fixed you probably shouldn't bother asking.

[Hiccup has been pretty distant these past couple of months. Ever since the surgeries, he hasn't been talking to people much, and has really just been going through the motions of every day, caught up in his own thoughts.

But then people started going nuts again, and he wasn't sure why, so he figured he'd ask.]

[Phone:] So... anyone mind telling me what's going on? Seems like everyone's just kind of running around going kind of crazy... just wanted to know if it was something I should be worried about, I dunno.

[Action:] [Hiccup's at the park. He was there yesterday, he's there today, and he'll be there tomorrow, too, after school, just sitting, staring out at the pond, hugging his knees to his chest. Come and talk to him, if you'd like, ask him why he hasn't been out and about as much lately... he might give you more than a one-word answer. Then again, he might not.]

[A sigh.]

Guys, I realize that a lot is probably about to go wrong, and get really really bad, but could we stop with the phone calls where everyone is yelling at each other? It was a mistake, sure, but it's all happened, it's in the past, we have to concentrate on whatever's about to happen, okay? Stop blaming each other and just... I dunno, take a deep breath and just keep an eye out for each other. Shouting really isn't going to get us anywhere. Shocker, I know. Besides, by know whoever did it either feels really really bad about it or they don't care and nothing you say is going to make them care. So just... calm down. We're not going to be able to do whatever we'll have to do if we're just shouting at each other.

...I think that's all I had to say. Uh. I hope everyone's doing okay. If anyone needs any help with anything, I... okay I can't do tons, but if you need something fixed or you need me to make something you can let me know. I'll see what I can do.

I'd offer to make weapons for people but that might not be such a good idea right now.
