Connected 4: Our own hearts
Phone

[Even though it was hard to hear that he's not the Sora from his world, Sora still can't seem to feel sad about it. He may have been a copy of himself, in memories and body...but he knew that he had his own heart. While he had the same feelings that he did back home, that the original did, Sora knows that he has forged his own heart here as well. With all the new people and friends he made. So he decides to go on the phone, to at least offer some kind of uplifting speech.]

You know...even knowing that I'm just a copy of someone else, it doesn't change anything. I mean, my body and my memories are all his and I know that in my head...but my heart says that they're real. I'm me and nobody else. Just like everyone here.

Even if you might not think that, it's true. No matter what anyone says, you're still real. You're still you. It doesn't matter where you came from or how you were born. We're all here and we're all alive.

We have our own hearts and we have the right to decide what we want to do and where to go from here. We may be stuck here or we may not be. I dunno, but our hearts will lead us and show us the way.

If anyone needs me, I'll be at the park.

Action The park

[Sora's off on his own, watching the water as everything has come to a calm in this place. He just sits there, listening to the silence, letting the wind blow against him. Anyone can come join him, whether they need a pep talk or just want to sit with him.]

[Everyone was sure to have their own reactions to the final revelation this place had to offer, but Shiki? If the "real" her is continuing on fine like usual back home, then it doesn't matter much what she does here in the end. She can't say she feels too upset over being a clone Touko is a prime example of anti-"clone blues" alright, and in her eyes, being clones just gives her all the more reason to do this. The last few months have just left her agitated, irritated, and this conclusion gives no real sense of satisfaction.

So even if it's small, she'll give herself at least a small bit of closure.]

Yo, Kaleido Ruby--ah, though I guess it's really Tohsaka, right? I'm later on this than I'd like to be, so it's about time I finish this job. Do me a favor and try not to die so easily.

[tl;dr CALL UP ALL YOUR WHITE KNIGHTS RIN TOHSAKA because Shiki Ryougi's here to clear off her shit list]

019 ❖ Occam's Razor
[Phone]

[The news have spread. Everybody in town is a copy - a phony. She remembers arguing with that one kid - Pokey, was it? - months ago; he had his theories, and she shot them down.

She was always afraid he'd be right.

Maybe she should have just stopped hanging on to hope once it turned out the town was a simulation. If the town's fake, so are they.

Maybe it's silly to come to the phone at a time like this--

But it feels like it's what she has to do.]

So we're all fakes. People called it, I guess.

[A pause that lasts a little too long.]

What's the point now? What the hell are we - [she groans] - fighting for?
