1st Spellcard: Transcendence of Faith "Armed Only With Prayer"

(Greetings, housemates! You have a new daughter/sister in your home who's understandably worried about her new location and the loss of her powers; unlike typical Mayfield newbies, however, Reimu here has gone and pretty much littered decorated the entire house with paper charms to ward off the evil that brought her here. You just might see her writing up a few more charms or hanging up the finished ones, but she's taking as much of her shrine as she can into this new place.)

Action B: Outside 842 Hastings; Open to all

(With the house now buried protected by charms and seals, Reimu, in an unfortunately gray plaid dress, sits outside her home in a state of meditation and prayer. With her hair bow gone, her long hair flowed with the wind. While she should investigate the area, the lack of her power and even her normal clothes made her feel vulnerable. With her shrine gone (again), the yin-yang orbs missing and the Hakurei border nowhere nearby, Reimu resorted to prayer as her only means of leveling her mind so she could think rationally.

Translation: this is the best time to annoy her and disrupt her with whatever you want. Fellow Touhou girls are more than welcome to taunt greet her and tease comfort her regarding the formerly powerful miko of Hakurei losing everything but her sense of self.)

Marisa lands on the roof and then peers down from the porch roof. Wow, that really DOES look like Reimu... except she's actually praying. Huh. This means she'll slip down off the roof silently and sneak up behind Reimu.

Guess who's pulling the sides of your hair back and tying it with one of her spare white ribbons, Reimu? One witch - that actually looks like herself with her black-white clothes... but no hat.]

I didn't know you actually prayed, ze.

(And Reimu's completely unaware of Ninjarisa until she starts tying her hair. She doesn't turn around just yet, but she has an idea who this is.)

Sometimes I do. I usually forget during tea time, but there's none of that in this place. That and I can't find any of my things.

[No one has that weird accent like Marisa does. Reimu better know! And there - one nicely tied white ribbon in Reimu's hair, making her look more like herself.]

Nah... it's more like Gensokyo's evil twin complete with a goatee and all. It's got its own barrier that we can't get through, everything's freaky and it mimics the Outside World from what people say is decades ago.

But the lack of a hat is like Reimu without her bow. Everything else is very Marisa, at least.)

It takes the vampire a moment to recognize Reimu, considering the lack of red and white, but when she spots the miko, a wide, fanged grin splits Remilia's face and she flaps her wings once in anticipation before calming down and strolling on over under her parasol.]

Oh? What's this, what's this? Even for such a lazy shrine maiden, you're uncharacteristically late to the incident, Reimu.

I wasn't aware of any invitations going around. This party must be special if you're the greeter for all the latecomers.

It seems I'm the last one to know about this. It's as if you all wanted to party without me.

[There was no coincidence about this visit, Eiki had intentionally come by. She made it a point to check periodically, usually when there was an influx, for those from her jurisdiction. She usually didn't pay them much mind and simply made a mental note of who was and was not within the town. But for Reimu? No, the shrine maiden would get a visit. It seemed the polite thing to do for the guardian of the border.]

Good day Reimu.

[She was not dressed the way the town would want her, she had her regular outfit, though was not wearing her crown. She had the Rod of Remorse in hand as well, lifted up just below a wide smile.]

(She's certainly a popular miko today. Not much time for a proper prayer, but she might as well say he-

Oh, greetings Yama! This must be a pressing matter if you're here; I assure you it's no fault of the Hakurei Border...hopefully.

I know it's of no fault of the Hakurei Border. It's no ones fault other than those who brought us her,e and they are far removed from our world.

[She shakes her head a little bit.]

And though this is a serious situation, I would not say it is a particularly pressing one at the moment. There are no quick solutions to it so there is no particular hurry as of right now. However I was not busy and thought it would be polite to visit and perhaps explain anything you might wish to know.

I see even the Myouren Temple residents are here, too. This wouldn't happen to be the Moriya Shrine trying to be the dominant religion in Gensokyo again, would it?
