37th Blood | This isn't fun anymore
[Phone | Unfiltered]
So yea...I've been here for a while, and got pretty used to all the stupid stuff that goes on here. It was all pretty weird but you could kind of get used to it after a while, and even start predicting when stuff would happen.
[There's a long pause before Arcueid speaks again. She doesn't really sound afraid, just maybe a little nervous.]
This is different...isn't it?
[Action | All around town | Late night]
[Once the moon had come up, Arcueid had decided to take stock of what might be going on around town. No goofy Phantasmoon, no silly antics, she's just moving about like a vampire do.
You may find her sitting on your roof, laying on the grass, or maybe just actually walking around like a normal person. The woman seems a little bit worn out tonight, no whimsical fancies to deal with.
Feel free to bug her, she'd probably appreciate it, actually.]

Hello, Arcueid Brunestud. How does the moon greet you this evening?
no subject
What's that supposed to mean, anyway?
no subject
[ He stops, and removes his helm from his belt, showing it to Arcueid. ]
My brothers and I all took on a phase of the moon. I was the new moon. [ He gestures towards the little red slash, almost like a teardrop, that comes from his eyeslit. ]
I thought someone like you might know more. Or remember more, if you are willing to talk about it. Or maybe I just wanted to talk to you.
[ He doesn't smile, as stonefaced as always. ]

I'm the White Princess of the Moon, after all. It's a really dumb title.

[Around Town]
Now being unable to sleep was a problem. (Ahhh...)
Looking down for the moment he ends up floating over- albeit with his typical and mildly unfortunate trait of complete silence while doing so.
"It is rather late to be walking, is it not?"
no subject
This is when I always walk around. Besides, it's not like anything's gonna hurt me.
no subject
At any rate, Astral supposes he can't well argue with that- he's normally asleep at this time after all. "Mn. I suppose that would be true..." Ah... "Do you prefer solitude then..?"
no subject
Or I guess maybe to make sure nothing else is opening up.

U-um.. h-how do you t-think it's different..? I-in a bad way?
no subject
[Yea, Arcueid has no problem stating what she thinks is going on.]
I mean, it seems like this place is falling apart or something. Or, at least, that's what everyone else is saying too.
I'm not sure what to think of it.
no subject
B-but.. if we're here and it falls apart.. w-what will happen to us?
no subject
Maybe, people go home all the time. Then again maybe we'll all fall into a void and be stuck there for eternity.
Or even end up dead for real. I've got no idea.

instead of shouting out the window as he would do during the day, he soundlessly exits through the back door instead and loops around to the front yard that way, stopping a few feet away from her.]
If you came to enjoy the flowers, you won't get a very good view from the ground.
no subject
Laying in the grass feels good. You should try it. You can look at the moon this way.
no subject
I suppose this is the part where I ask you why you're moon-viewing on my lawn in particular.
no subject
I guess it was your lawn I stopped on. Things don't have to be complicated all the time, you know.

Action
She immediately drops the curtain bar. And then she starts to consciously hide her own vampire presence, her "beast", just like father had taught her. And then, hesitantly but oh-so-curiously, she moves to the front door and steps out. And then walks out onto the lawn and stares upwards.]
....hello?
[So there's a frizzy-haired, wide-eyed, scarf-wearing lady that's, at first glance, pretty darned human and likely probably not a vampire at all, yes yes.]
no subject
Instead, the horrific ancient monster on the roof just smiles and waves.]
Hi.
[Yea, nothing abnormal about sitting on people's roofs.]
no subject
Why are you on our roof?
[Perfectly valid question, that.]
I wouldn't think the view is particularly good...

Action
So Seiko decides that some fresh air is in order, and she quickly opens the window wide open. She sees a shadow being cast from above, though she can't exactly make out what it is.
Surprised, Seiko turns herself to look up at the room, catching a glimpse of a figure but not much else. ]
Hello? Is somebody up there?
[ She assumes this is not a Boogeyman. ]
no subject
Still, this mysterious shadow just waves.]
Somebody, yea.

[ She still can't see who it is, but she doesn't seem to mind. ]
