Heya everyone. So, Halloween's in a week and I happened to notice the great lack of jack-o-lanterns on everyone's front stoops. How are we going have an amazing time trick-or-treating if everything isn't festive?

Come on, everyone. Where's the spirit? I'm totally going to set up a community pumpkin carving festival in the park this weekend. Maybe we can trade costume ideas, too. I'm dressing up as a cat. Meow~

Oh! Rin! When you hear this... [Marisa sounds a little nervous.] ...wanna come over for dinner? Mom makes the best roast. We can, um, finish that... project for school.

[Marisa is diligently carving pumpkins outside. The designs are a little... odd though.]

Not every witch has to be ugly and misshapen. And vampires turn into bats, so maybe they have wings hidden under their cloak.

I-I suppose they might. But would they not have more bat-like wings?

[Her attention turns to the witch's carving.]

I suppose this one also seems right to you?

Yup. Even more so. It's a cool witch, not a lame one.

It seems to be wearing a puffy dress. Is that what "cool" witches wear?

[She wonders where Marisa could have seen a witch before. After all, there were none in Mayfield...right?]

That's what this one wears.

...do you need to talk to Mom? She's just inside.

[Bazett and Ciel were neighbors. There would be no reason for them to not know each other. However, Bazett feels that there is some other reason she and Ciel know each other other.]

[She nods, and then steps up to the door. She raises a fist, as if to knock, but then stops herself.]

You have a doorbell, right?
