[Sweetie Belle woke up in a doghouse which was unusual for her, seeing as she was not a dog but a pony. She found this especially odd as she had fallen asleep in her bed back in Ponyville. Now she was somewhere else and she didn't know where. A moment later a loud sound came from the doghouse]

Waaaaaaaaaaah. Where am I?


[Action B: Around Mayfield]

[Sweetie Belle is out wandering the streets looking for someone or something she knows.]

Um. Hello. Anybody?

[Action C: 7135 Brooks]

[Sweetie Belle stood outside Rarity's house. It had taken her a while to find her sister's house. Unable to reach the doorknob Sweetie Belle tried to reach her sister the best way she knew how.]

Rarity. Rarity. RARITYYYYYYYY!

The first thing you learn living in Mayfield is not to ask questions like that, because they don't have answers. Nopony knows why this town does what it does. Sometimes I think it's just to torment us, and to watch what we do.

Then what can we do about it?

[Sweetie Belle is trying her best to brave like her sister but is clearly on the verge of tears]

We have to be brave, hold our heads high and proud, and try not to let the things this town does get us down.

[Rarity's expression softens for a moment as she places a hoof on her sister's shoulder.]

[Sweetie Belle looks up with Rarity with big eyes scared to ask her next question]

Are ... Are Mom and Dad here?

[Rarity smiles, looking a little relieved, but that doesn't last long as Sweetie Belle asks her next question.]

I... I'm afraid not, no.

But but... Where am I supposed to live, and who's going to take care of me. and and and
[Sweetie Belle breaks down into tears]

Please, try to stay calm... Where did you wake up today? That's the house you should be living in.

[dumbfabric]

But I woke up in a doghouse and I don't want to live in a doghouse. Can't I just stay with you.

[Sweetie Belle stares up at Rarity with the biggest puppy dog eyes she can muster]

I promise that I won't make messes or touch your stuff, and I'll be quiet when you're working.

[prissy_hooves]

Unfortunately, you can't stay here. The town will expect you to live with the family in the house you woke up outside. You can visit, but you'll need to sleep there. But if you'd like, I'll come over and have a talk with them to make sure you're being properly taken care of. At the very least, they should be able to give you some room inside the house like I have here.

[dumbfabric]

Well the lady who lived there seemed okay, and it would be better if i could live inside. I can still visit you when I want to right?

[prissy_hooves]

There, you see? You're halfway there already. I'm certain if you ask politely, she'll allow you to live inside the house.

[A pause at that last question.]

Well, promise you'll call first, won't you? I wouldn't want to disrupt things around here for Aurora and Tsukasa, after all.

Very well. But make sure it's all right with Aurora and Tsukasa first, and clean up any mess you make.

Oh that reminds me, who are the people you're living with? Can I meet them?

Oh, certainly! Their names are Tsukasa and Aurora. They're both quite nice, I'm sure you'll get along just fine.

Are they ponies too or are they other things?

They're all humans, actually. Have you met many of those yet?

Oh yeah, I met some on the way over here, they were real helpful.
