[Sweetie Belle woke up in a doghouse which was unusual for her, seeing as she was not a dog but a pony. She found this especially odd as she had fallen asleep in her bed back in Ponyville. Now she was somewhere else and she didn't know where. A moment later a loud sound came from the doghouse]

Waaaaaaaaaaah. Where am I?


[Action B: Around Mayfield]

[Sweetie Belle is out wandering the streets looking for someone or something she knows.]

Um. Hello. Anybody?

[Action C: 7135 Brooks]

[Sweetie Belle stood outside Rarity's house. It had taken her a while to find her sister's house. Unable to reach the doorknob Sweetie Belle tried to reach her sister the best way she knew how.]

Rarity. Rarity. RARITYYYYYYYY!

(Immediately rushing on over because this is really not the place for a filly like her to go around on her own. Forget the Everfree Forest; Mayfield's the real threat.)

No I haven't found Rarity yet, but I've been looking for her and everyone's been so helpful. Well most of them have been.

You've probably noticed that there are a lot of things different from Equestria, namely that there's not just ponies here. Has anyone informed you about this place yet?

No, I don't really know anything about this place yet.

[After answering honestly Sweetie Belle realizes that Twilight might explain it to her which will take hours.]

(She could, she has and she probably would, but since it's an explanation she's had to give many many times before, Twilight decides to keep it concise.)

It's called Mayfield; it has powers greater than anything from Equestria and somehow, it brings over beings of all kinds from different worlds and universes. You've noticed the ape-like creatures that don't have much hair, right? They're called humans; they have a lot in common with us ponies, surprisingly.

Where did these humans come from, I've never heard about them. DO they live in the Everfree forest or something?

They're not even from Equestria. They come from many other worlds and places beyond our own.

Simply put, Mayfield can bring all sorts of things here from many different worlds. It doesn't make sense, but that's what it can do.

What kinds of things does it bring here, and has anyone tried to find out what's up with the town?

Just about anyone and anything. It even brought over Poison Joke once; it was only for a weekend, but it just goes to show that this place can do that.

As far as I know, everypony's been looking into what's wrong with this place, but Mayfield keeps its secrets very well hidden; no one has been able to discover anything of real value, but it's a constant process and many are looking into as many opportunities as they can.

That all sounds really scary I should probably just stay away from that.

[Despite what she told Twilight Sweetie is hatching a plan to uncover the secrets of Mayfield and earn her cutie mark in the process.]

Yes, you really should. Rarity wouldn't be able to handle it if anything happened to you.
