[913 Bilko Boulevard - Friday, early morning!]
[Anyone living in or around 913 Bilko Boulevard will notice it.  Indeed, it will be very hard to overlook what the little Kappa has been up to!

The car that was sitting in front of 913 Bilko Boulevard the night before is gone, it's parts scattered haphazardly.  Nitori is sitting crosslegged on the lawn, with a few tools scattered around her. She looks very invested on her work, with her tongue pressed firmly between her lips.

... w-well, she was planning on putting it all back together again!!]

[Elementary School - Friday]
[Unfortunately Nitori still has to go to school.  In fact, after her fiasco with the - y-yeah - she is all but shoved out the metaphorical door and out on her way.  Which is fine with her!  A place where the humans go to learn?  How interesting!

... However, it appears that her family has neglected to tell her where the high school is, and she couldn't be bothered to ask for directions.  But that's okay because she's found the Elementary School!   That's good enough - right?  It's elementary after all!  Get it?  Elementary?  Heheh - 

Nitori wanders the hallways nervously, eyes darting around at all the humans (most of whom are much smaller than her - odd).  She has a dress on that clashes with her bright blue hair, a hand-me-down bookbag in one hand and a dingy baseball cap firmly place over her head.  

She keeps rumbling around until, eventually, she has to stop someone.   Because... she has no idea what she's supposed to do?]

... Excuse me - [Dramatically flings book bag over shoulder.]  I was told that this is where the humans go to learn, so if you could kindly point me to my sensei, it will be much appreciated.

[Around Town - Weekend]
[ Ever get the feeling that someone - or something - is watching you?  

Don't worry, that's just Nitori.  Watching you.  Why is she watching you?  Because you're interesting to watch, that's why.

However, a pair of blue braids appear to be sticking out from under the lid of a nearby trashcan.

[... Trashcan with braids? Hayate moves over to the can, carefully sneaking up before reaching for the lid, plucking it up.] Hello?

[ Nitori's braids lift in surprise! Whaaaat?? How did she know she was here? Was this human gonna eat her??

Nghhahh - I-ImsorryIhavetogobye!!!

[ She attempts to rock the garbage can over. Then she can roll her way to freedom! The best she manages is a light nudge or two. Gosh this can was heavier than she thought. Huff.

... Eheh... Well, this is rather awkward...

Trash cans in the 50's are made of solid metal, not aluminum or lighter materials. You're going to have to try harder. [Said with a teasing tone.]

Nghhh. You don't have to rub it in. Maybe this wasn't the best place to hide.

[ She stares up at Hayate. This was very awkward. Well, maybe for her. ]

How did you know I was in here?

I saw your braids popping out of the ends of it. Don't worry, it's not so bad. I won't hurt ya.

[cucumbers]

[ Nitori pouts and tugs at her hair. She has been betrayed! ]

B-But I was following you! For quite a while! Doesn't that bother you? Not all humans are okay with that!

[lil_tanuki]

No, not at all! I'm okay with people following me as long as they don't mean any harm. [She smiles at Nitori.]

I'm Hayate. Nice to meet you.

[ It is very odd sensation, knowing that you can't run away even though you don't have to. ]

Oh. [ She mumbles. ] Glad some humans don't mind... Ahh - I'm Nitori! Nitori Kawashiro! Many call me Nitori the Valley Kappa, but you can just call me Nitori.

Nitori? That's a cute name. Nice to meet you.

Need help getting out of the can?

[ Nitori blushes. ]

... t-thanks. Hee. I-It's fine, I think I can get out by -

[ Her eyes go wide. Wiggle wiggle. ]

U-Uhh... perhaps a little help wouldn't hurt?

[Hayate giggled lightly as she reached down and took her by her shoulders.] I'm going to tug, okay? You can push out with your legs. Ready?

[cucumbers]

[ Nitori nods quickly. ] Ready! [ She pushes up, wiggling from side to side. ]

All right. One, two, and heave! [And she tugged at Nitori, hoping to pop her out of the can!]

[cucumbers]

[ Nitori dangles from Hayate's hands, legs swinging back and forth. ]

Thanks. There was enough room when I jumped into the can, I don't know how I got stuck!

[lil_tanuki]

Not a problem! [And she sets Nitori down, smiling.] You're such a cutie! I could make you so many outfits if you wanted.

[cucumbers]

Out... fits? You mean clothes?

[ She adjusts her ratty hat, eyes darting to the ground. ]

Ne... but cute? I-I'm not cute!

[lil_tanuki]

[Hayate giggled] Your hat needs patching up looks like too. Why don't I make you a whole outfit that looks like your usual one?

[cucumbers]

[ She looks down at her outfit. ] Hmm? Oh! Y-You could do that for me? Really??

[lil_tanuki]

Yeah, I could. It's not good to have such shabby clothing right now, so I could definitely make you something.

[cucumbers]

- This is quite convienient! I was getting tired of this mess that I'm in! Alright, Hayate! It's a deal!

[ She's definitely glad that she got trapped in that trashcan - wait... ]

I have a specific outfit. I could describe it?

Sure! I've got a notepad here. Let me take some notes. [Taking out a pen and pad, she held it up.] Okay, ready.

[cucumbers]

[ Nitori prods her cheek, thinking for a moment. ]

Well, ahh - this is all quite sudden. [ Nervous laugh. ] I normally wear a blue dress - but there are pockets along the arms and at the hem! They have to be big, or else I can't hold any tools!

[ She nods her head. Yes, there have to be pockets. ]

[lil_tanuki]

Blue dress and pockets. Okay, anything else?

[cucumbers]

Ahh - make sure there are plenty of pockets on there too! Many pockets!

Oh, and a green hat! Very green - it has to fit my head just so my hair is uncovered! [ She hold her braids up in order to demonstrate. ] Oh, and boots! Blue boots!

[ ... pretty tough task ahead for you Hayate. ]
