[Olivier's been a bit on edge since waking up from her two weeks of droning, not just because the droning, but because she'd been in Mayfield for a year now, and it's getting close to that time when they locked her up in a hotel room with Yosuke for a night.]

[Those who cross her path during her morning training will find she seems to be a bit sluggish in her movements.]

This instability thing has been going on far too long. Bingo night tonight.

-Action B: Annie's Flowers-

[Usually Olivier passes the time in the shop by putting together bouquets, but not today. Today she's at the counter ignoring drone coworkers and customers while looking over a notebook in front of her.]

-Action C: General Store-

[Olivier wanders around the store, pulling random snack foods and drinks from the shelves. Have any suggestions for her?]

-Action D: 1671 Nelson: Locked to Housemates-

[After unloading her haul from the store, Olivier specifically seeks out Wes and Emmett.]

I'm holding a meeting tonight, is there anything we should focus on?

-Action E: 1671 Nelson/Underground Base-

[Olivier greets everyone at the door, but quickly ushers/points the way to the basement. Once everyone is settled, she clears her throat.]

As I mentioned on the phone, this instability has gone on too long without advancing. I'm sure it will in the next few days. We need to make plans against the next movements of the town.

Anything you found at the carnival might be good. I heard there were newspaper bits floating around, but never saw one myself.

I'd appreciate that. Is there anything specific you want me to bring up at the meeting? Or any snacks or drinks you prefer? I'm really just grabbing the first things I see.

[The last thing is thrown in there in a hurry. She promised someone who saved her in the carnival to try and become more personable, and ever now and then she makes an attempt at it.]

[ Ilsa looks over the cart. ] Looks like you've covered everything on the snacks. Sodas and coffee should cover the rest. Not like we'd be serving beer at Bingo Night.

[ She winks and grins. ] Got to keep the heads clear to read the cards right.

Not that I'd give anyone a hard time if they wanted a beer afterward, and I tend to keep coffee around at all times. I might need some cream and sugar for those who find my coffee too strong though.

[Zero words are said between them as he enters and that's fine. He understands what is needed to be done and he's already downstairs having taken a seat. Legs crossed and arms folded, he looks to Olivier as she starts the meeting.]

And it sounds like the situation is getting worse.

[Crown pulls out the letter he recieved in the mail.]

It's cryptic but the last part holds forewarning. Am I to assume that I am not the only one who received this?

[She looks at the paper in his hands.]

I haven't received anything. What does it say?

[He unfolds it and begins to read from the letter.]

"Can't write too much. You're running out of time. power's failing. system's falling apart. Stop Z or you're all dead. Or worse.

Annie. The librarian. she's the key. but she's been chained. library = prison. Have to get her out.

Won't leave on her own. She'll stop you if you try to make her. part of the programming. Memory needs to be jogged.

From the sounds of it, whatever is upholding this world is dying and running out of energy. If we are not fast enough this place could fall to pieces. Whomever this Z person this Grey mentions is the one we must stop. As to who that is, you are more likely to know than myself.

Zemekis, the man who made this place. If my information is correct, he is one in the same as Lucy Smith.

But how is this Grey person able to get messages to us? He was the one from before the carnival. As for the portals, it sounds like everyone should be packing up a travel kit and keeping it close at hand.

Sounds like we need to take her out than. But with the system of revival that would be impossible.

As for Grey getting messages to us, perhaps he's hiding in a place where no one can reach him? If he can open gateways to wherever he could hide in a space where it is hard to touch him.

Yes, but she is hard to get at with her powers. Maybe Grey will have a suggestion on how to get around them.

Power blinking on and off, rations in the town disappeared, and when we made it worse a couple months later, the decided to sick some crazy doctor on us to see if they could make us into perfect citizens through surgery.

[Cade is also going for his morning jog in the park, and he is certainly more energetic than Olivier today. Something is going to go down, so Cade is working out extra hard, practicing jumping over progressively bigger obstacles... until he trips and face plants in front of Olivier!]
