Adventure 004: Event and Problem Parenting
[Action: all over town.]
[The Event - for what else would one call it? - has been interesting. But not really telling. Other than the places that were locked to the citizens remain unaffected. Which would tell him something, he's sure, if he could find the right person to talk to. The Drones are worse than worthless these days, so he avoids them at all costs. But there has to be someone, somewhere smart enough to be an assistant as he tries to piece this information together. So, he is wandering around town hoping to encounter such a person. Of course, they might have to come to him.]
[Phone: filtered from drones.]
Has anyone taken any readings on what is going on? I'm specifically looking for readings on the radio static or voices that are coming through and on the 'Phasing' for want of a better word. I would like to meet anyone who is doing scientific research on what is happening.
[Action: 915 Bilko Boulevard - locked to housemates]
[Sherlock has decided to call a family meeting. Really it's more of a 'check in' to make sure everyone is alive - no, he doesn't care, not really, but it's what the head of households do, right?]
So, how is everyone?

I have boss's number-but that's what Haibara calls Pandora's box. The biggest lead I have and also the most dangerous. I don't think you'd ever run into it here, but just incase, the number follows the tune to a Japanese children's song 'Seven Children.'
[ Please don't ask him to sing it.
Read: Please Ask.]915 Bilko
[There's a distinct pause here] For those of us who don't have a Japan in their home world, namely me, can you sing it?
Re: 915 Bilko
No don't. It's not even a song about children. It's about a mother crow. And from what you've said the song has nothing to do with anything - other than the tune matches the number you have, but you already have the number, so it doesn't matter.
915 Bilko
And singing it is out of the question anyway. [ He won't specify why. ]
915 Bilko
But still, I'd rather know the number. You know, just in case.
Re: 915 Bilko
[They they don't have to sing it. Why does everything have to be so tedious?]
915 Bilko
Besides, even here that number isn't up for investigation. I don't know what Haibara meant when she called it Pandora's box, but from what I've seen them do it's better not to risk it-yet.

Re: 915 Bilko
[Umm, yes, Sherlock did just agree with Maladict, he just had to add more to it.]

Re: 915 Bilko
[He means himself and Maladict in particular, that means you know, talking to them.]
915 Bilko
So yes, I promise not to use it here.
915 Bilko
And you won't attempt to do anything with this Gin guy at all. No speaking, no taunting, no following, no spying, no nothing. Twenty feet radius at all times.
Re: 915 Bilko
Better make it 40 feet - I've seen how he kicks the football.
915 Bilko
O-oi...
[ He does not like where this is going... not that he'd listen if push comes to shove but still he prefers to be left to his own devices. ]
915 Bilko
Oh yes, I like that idea even better. 40 feet it is. For your own good.
Re: 915 Bilko
Right. 40 feet minimum distance. And no playing outside after dark, especially with all the strange things happening in town now.
[Sherlock grins, he might like this.]
915 Bilko
If I'm out after dark then I have a good reason for it.

Re: 915 Bilko
You mean... he has friends?
[For a brief moment, there might have been a flash of jealousy appear. Sherlock never really had friends. Until John. He supposes he should include Lestrade, but that was more his brother's doing, he was sure.]
915 Bilko
915 Bilko
[She glances at Conan] Yes, the injured ribs and the previous poisoning are all stellar examples of that fact.
