So hey guys! How's it going? I just kinda realized I've been neglecting my... I dunno, civic duty to generally be a nice guy and check up on my friends and stuff and see how everything's going. I hear there's a Prom coming up! Sounds like a riot. You can totally plan on seeing me there. Better put on your best dancing shoes because I am a hard man to follow once I get on the dance floor let me tell you.

[Action: Early Afternoon, the pharmacy]

[Wally West: Pharmacist is filling prescriptions and helping customers like any good pharmacist should. He may even be whistling happily. He's just that cheerful. Good lord.

He may be sneaking peeks at the clock every now and then, though. He must be getting antsy.]

[Action: Late Afternoon, ALL OVER TOWN]

[If you're paying attention you might notice a scarlet blur whizzing down the street. It's Wally, in full Flash getup, and he's on patrol. Basically this just means he's running around. If he see something SUSPICIOUS he'll totally pull up and check it out. If you shout at him he'll stop and say hi! Because he's your friendly neighborhood Flash, and he's here to help. :) ]

[Action: Nelson Street]

[Wally's sitting out on the porch with the newspaper. He's not reading it. He finished it about a second after he picked it up, and it was boring. Now he's crumpling it up into balls and tossing them at Rainbow Dash's cloud house.

HE'S BORED NOW. OOPS. It's been really quiet around the house since Foster left.]

[Eddie quirks an eyebrow and smirks. All right, that is kind of impressive. He reaches out to swipe the cigarette back, nodding in greeting.]

Flash. [True to his word, he's savvy enough not to address Wally by his first name. Secret identities and all. He takes a drag.] Out for a stroll, I take it?

[Flash snaps off a little, casual salute.]

Seein' the sights, makin' sure all the houses are in one piece, checking out highly suspicious individuals, the usual.

[Suspicious individuals, eh? Edward supposes he could bring Wally up to speed:]

Well. Surely you've noticed by now that several of Gotham's greatest offenders have been recently droned.

[Wally nods.]

Noticed it, yeah. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't kind of a relief.

Harley and I appear to be the only ones left. [He snorts.] Good riddance, I say. Crane was nothing more than a distraction.

[Usually, the Riddler would be a little more disturbed at the idea of permanent droning. But for the Scarecrow, Edward'll make an exception.]

There are far bigger fish in this town worth frying.

[Flash gives him a look.]

You look like you got someone in particular in mind.

[He's silent for a moment, taking another long drag as he collects his thoughts. Should he bother telling Wally about the Major? About his aspirations for war, his plans to crush the Riddler, the people that matter to him, and the town itself under a thick, bloody boot?

He exhales. Wally's a superhero, yes, but he'd be a powerful ally to have. It wouldn't hurt his chances.]

Question: What do you know of the Major?

[Wally crosses his arms.]

Not a whole lot except he's got a lot of talk, and none of it's good.

With reason. [No eavesdroppers around? Good. Edward leans back, fixing Wally with a grim look.] He's planning something.
