[ Conan doesn't bother paying attention to the techer- drone or non-drone there is very little anyone can teach him that he didn't already know. He was in high school before he suddenly lost about ten years off his age so anything being taught in Elementary he was quite confident he knew. Really, not even high school level courses are enough to challenge him so if he tunes the teacher out for an hour or three he won't suffer at all for it. In fact, it's better if he tunes them out because several of the theories being taught will be debunked in the next few years. ]

[ Instead he uses the time in class to go over his notes. He makes a list of everything he knows, the results of several experiments, and a list of things that are still confusing him but he's sure will at some point fit right into the puzzle known as mayfield. ]

[ You can find the detective at the end of every street jotting the street name down in his notebook and occasionally flipping the notebook upside down. ]

[ Conan has returned home and has his notes spread out all over the counter and frowns at them heavily. He checks over a few things and moves over to the phone, pulling it off the cradle to speak into it. ]

Anyway, if you've been droned lately and returned to home, may I speak to you? Similarly, if you know someone who is droned or was droned that returned home for a brief period of time I'd also like to speak with you.

No. I didn't know him then, and I only found out about his return after the fact.

[Chaucer's been wandering the town, trying to get a feel for it, when he comes across Conan writing down a street name. He walks up to him, a brow raised.]

[ Conan doesn't seem that concerned that what he's doing is a little on the strange side. Doing things other people might not understand is part of the job description. ]

[ That's fine. Conan doesn't have enough social skills to know what he's doing is kind of strange and so he's not that concerned with the person watching him. ]

What other people may have found irrelevant and what I find to be irrelevant might be completely different things.

She is staring at Conan, perhaps a little closer to him than anybody should be to someone who's doing a handstand.]

[ He's not doing the handstand long before he returns right-side up and scribbles in his results on the notepad. Before shutting it quickly-the sudden feeling of being watched hits him immediately and without actually turning his head shifts his gaze around to see if anyone's there. ]

[ Conan is just hanging the phone up as he glances back at Mal. ]

[Gumshoe watches Conan writing things down for a bit before he catches him standing on his head. At which point he just has to know what's up, especially since he seems to be standing in the middle of the sidewalk while doing that handstand.]

[ Tsunade, and her lovable pet pig, Tonton, are strolling home from a long day of work at the hospital. Upon seeing the boy with a notepad and attempting to do a headstand, Tsunade just stares at him cautiously.

Tonton wanders over to sniff him as she just asks him the million dollar question point blank. ]
