[A. 339 Brady Lane; morning]
[She should have known better than to try to move the weird blue flowers that were springing up everywhere, but noooooo...
A very resigned and scruffy-looking pony can be found limping around the house, trying to see how much of the place is overrun with the blue blossoms.
While muttering in annoyance to herself, as usual.]
Oh all the stupid things...a pony? Really? How'm I going to get anything done with hooves? It's not too bad, but still...
[B. John Doe Park; afternoon]

[This dull green pony can be found napping in a sunny patch in the park, her bad leg stretched out as she dozes. She's already been partially traumatized today, so why not strike up a conversation? After all, ponies aren't dragons, so poking a sleeping pony can't be that bad.
Also, even on the flank that isn't horribly scarred, she seems to be missing something important.
Her cutie mark. Mika is still a blank flank.]
[C: Around town: evening]
[As nice as the nap was, Mika never quite realized how far the house was from the park until she has to limp home. The bedraggled pony is making slow progress, but she tends to stop frequently and sit to rest her leg.]

C - Around Town: evening
Nyaa? Are you okay?
[The ponies here were always nice. This one was probably nice, too!]
C - Around Town: evening
Hmm?
[She cocks her head, her ears twitching toward the catboy. Funny, he seemed kind of familiar...but her nose wasn't as good as it usually was.]
I'm fine, just a bit tired. How're you?
no subject
Naps are important, nyaa.
[His sense of smell was also not what it ought to be. Though her hair... hmm, that was familiar hair.]
no subject
Nyanpire, is that you? You silly kitten, come here.
[She gestures with a hoof for him to come closer so she can pet him.]
no subject
[He scoots up closer, reaches out a hand cautiously, and feels at her mane...]
M... Mika? Are you Mika? ...Mika!
[Oh, now she's getting hugged.]
no subject
[Her tail wags, which looks odd on a pony but she's hugging him back and rubbing her cheek on him.]
You look good like that.
no subject
I look good, nyaa? I do?
no subject
[She laughs a little, but not unkindly. The kitty habits are very reassuring.]
You're still much cuter as a kitten though.

Heading back home, he notices Mika steadily working her way in the same direction, but at a pace that really concerns him. He walks up to her, essentially offering a flank to lean on, before speaking up.]
Hey there, would you like some help?
C
Nah, I'm doing all right. But thanks, Applejack. I'm used to using a cane to help myself along, but right now I'm still trying to sort out using all four hooves.
[She does take a moment to rest again, and...yeah okay she is going to lean on AJ a little.]
Not used to getting this tired. Then again, it's a lot farther as a pony than it usually is.

It's really no problem, if Ah'm stuck as a colt for awhile, then might as well take the opportunity to act like the perfect gentlecolt occasionally, right?
But Ah guess the stride is pretty different when you're on four legs instead of two, huh?
Re: B
There's always that! Is it weird being a colt for once? I wonder what Celestia would've thought about this.
[Her ears flick back as she remembers her chance meetings with the alicorn in town. Sadly, Celestia might have had some ideas as to how to fix things, but it's better that the princess was back in Equestria.]
Oh, it really is. Well, I suppose now I just have to get all that exercise I've been avoiding.
no subject
Actually, only a little bit. Once Ah got over the shock of it all, it's not too bad. Ah still feel pretty much mahself, so it's not too disconcerting. Ah wouldn't want this to be permanent though.
[His ear twitches as he catches a bit of what she said after the question.]
You got to meet Princess Celestia back when she was around here?
no subject
[She nods, her tail swishing.]
I did, it was an interesting experience. I think I met her shortly after she first arrived. I'm glad I did, though.
no subject
Ah hope she's doing alright back in Equestria though.
[Applejack sighs slightly before going silent for a bit, just walking around as a mobile support for Mika.]
no subject
I'm sure she is, she seemed like she was a lot more formidable than she looked.
[She huffs, trotting quietly as she thinks.]
You know, I think I'm one of the few people here whose hometown probably wouldn't notice anything if I was missing. Everybody else protects their home or terrorizes it somehow, and then there's me. Hmm.

B
shot out of his house by an explosionthrown out of his house while dealing with his own transformation into his monstrous true form.He comes into the clearing, intending to take a load off himself, when he spots the sleeping pony. He will attempt to sneak out of there without disturbing the pony, because, frankly, he's not interested in company.
But hey, he's pretty lousy when it comes to stealth. You might hear that tree branch he stomped on pop loudly.]
B - Iiiiie am so sorry for this
Hmm?
[She blinks and rubs a forehoof against her sleepy eyes before peering at the source of the noise.
And then the startled screaming starts. Mika has had the great misfortune of being on the receiving end of more than just a few monster's claws and fangs, and it's those bad memories and the fact that she isn't entirely awake yet that have stopped her from making the connection that this particular monster is probably another poor person stuck in town.
But her attempt to make a hasty retreat has left her in another tangle of limbs and her own tail and mane as her bad hind leg gives out and she falls over her own hooves.]
You think he'd be used to it by now. XD
He'd go attempt to help the pony up, but he's afraid that if he approaches any more than he has, the pony will freak out more--and if the screams draw someone and they find him actually pulling the pony to her hooves, he's getting his Undead butt shot at. Again.
So instead, he'll hold his hands up in a peaceful gesture.]
It's okay! I'm not going to hurt you!
WELL SADLY there is a story behind all her scars and it usually involves monsters
Fffffff--!
[It takes her a moment to unhook her hind legs from where they've tangled in her tail and forehooves, and after the initial panic subsides enough for her to think rationally again she levels him with a piercing stare. Mika's still snorting heavily as her heart pounds, glaring at him beneath her frazzled mane before she comes to a critical decision.
Screaming is probably not helping this at all. That and her hind leg is too badly scarred for her to run properly anyway.]
You don't normally look like a B-Grade kaiju flick or sentai show escapee, do you?
Ouch. Awkward. D:
[He's still not moving one way or the other, because he'd really rather not alarm this pony any further.
...doesn't help matters much that this is actually his true form--not that he likes it.]
I generally don't go walking around like this, no.
Well okay some of them were done by ghosts but still.
Wow, the poison joke got you really good, didn't it?
[Her limp is more pronounced as she circles him, not realizing that staring so hard might make him uncomfortable until she's done. Blowing her fluffy mane out of her eyes, she looks up at him.]
Erm, sorry about the screaming just now. [She buffs her nose with a hoof, looking particularly sheepish for an instant.] Then again, I can't talk, I got turned into a pony.
I'm just not used to seeing anything like you in the town, so it startled me. Now it's not so bad, it actually looks pretty cool.
Still awkward!
[He finally relaxes and takes a couple steps forward. She's calmed down; that's definitely a good sign. He waves away the apology.]
Don't worry about the screaming--I'm fairly used to the reaction. I'm sorry I startled you like that. You're not the only person turned pony I've seen...my assigned wife woke up the same way.
[And have a little bit of monster disbelief.]
"Cool?" First time I've heard anyone call me that.
A little! (also sorry for super late tag)
Don't worry about it!

C.
Like oh my god, are you okay? You're like totally limping and everything!
Re: C.
[It is so strange to see how many people are concerned about her limp. She's lived with it for so long it's not something she even thinks about, but now she's a pony and her scars and limp are more obvious than usual, she supposes it's a natural reaction. The concern surprises her, but it's also strangely touching.]
Hmm? Oh! I'm fine, my leg's been like this for years. Thanks anyway, though. I'm just trying to sort out having hooves, is all.
