Fourth Horror: I don't want to go home

[Carrie, somehow managed to avoid getting any pranks pulled on her. For once in her life. She's very relieved because of that. She also found her rocking chair in the mail for her. Which was nice.

She was starting to get used to ...well her freedom in Mayfield. Momma wasn't here to tell her what to do, or to yell at her, or to make her pray. They weren't here to make her life miserable. She could ...be normal here. Wear normal clothes, do normal things and not be the freak.  It was a strange feeling she wasn't really sure what to do with yet.

A. Housemates can find her carrying a rocking chair up to her room, carefully.

B. She's outside for a walk. Today, is ...actually a pretty nice day. She's looking up at the sky for the moment and might walk into anyone walking down the sidewalk. 

C. The park. She's flexing her mind and lifting up a park bench. Standing off to the side and staring at it. Practise after all. Maybe if she practises she won't lose control when she gets angry.]

....I'm sorry to bother people ...again. But I was wondering. Is....changing your citizenship to a country...really just as easy as getting some papers? If...If I change it....I don't have to go back to America do I? .....Can you just leave like that? ...Not this place. I mean ...back home. Is it really that easy to leave?

[Freezes, slightly at first. No...wait, she's not hiding it here. She lowers the bench slowly before turning to look at her.]

You can move wherever you want, so long as you have the papers and some money and somewhere to go.

Sealand said I was a citizen of his now....and a general...he gave me some papers.

But I don't know if that counts..

[Canada chuckles softly at that.]

Sealand's a good kid. If you want it to count, it can. Citizenship is about where your heart lies.

Well...Sealand said I'm a citizen of his now. And...Canada said I could go home with her...if we can find a way out.


...I just don't want to go home.

[Funny...he's sort of understands her on that. Even if it's likely for different reasons. Little do they know.]

[ Oof! She just ran into someone who will try to catch Carrie before she stumbles off the sidewalk. ]

Oh! You okay, hon?

[ The voice might be familiar, but it has been a long time since they spoke on the phone. ]

[Carrie moves back a bit. The voice is slightly familiar but not is a horrible way.]

[ As Hibari is not the nicest person to run into any day, she can find a steel tonfa pressed against her throat and a cold glare sent at her. ]

[Carrie back away.]

( Just... staring quietly! After all, she doesn't want to disturb her or anything when she's probably in the middle of concentrating on what she was doing. )

[And Carrie puts down the bench...then looks over to see she's being stared at.

Shrinks back a little....looking at you now.]

[And here's Fate. She's standing a little off to the side; not too close, she doesn't want to invade Carrie's personal space while she's obviously trying to focus very hard on her powers.]

You're doing a good job, Carrie.

[promfromhell]

[Puts it down and looks over. And for a moment there's a small smile.]
