All around Mayfield; Action

[Those of Mayfield's residents out on the streets will see a very strange thing. An angry woman, swearing in a mixture of Gaelic and English, is tearing down the street in only her lingerie.]

GET BACK HERE, YOU CLOTHES THIEF! WHEN I CATCH YOU, I'LL...!

[After being pulled this way and that by the strange sensations that had started soon after her "prank" on Little Slugger, she had wandered through Mayfield, finally stopping at Tohsaka's house. A strange symbol had been painted on the driveway. She had tried to investigate it, but in the process had fallen victim to a prank. Not only that, but soon after she realized she had been pranked, her suit had disappeared, only to reappear on the prankster who had gotten her.]

[So now, she is chasing after the girl who not only humiliated her, but stole her suit. At the very least, she is determined to take her clothes back.]

[OOC: Those who reply here might also have to speak to Tony Stark, who will be accompanying her.]

April 2

1. 340 Brady Lane

[After the events of the previous day, Bazett had discovered that she had none of her tailor-made suits left, all of them having been destroyed or stolen. Therefore, she has settled on wearing one of her Mayfield-provided blouses and a pair of her drone son's pants.]

[She has looked up her victims' addresses on her phone. Though she dislikes doing this, she knows that if she simply sat back and allowed others to prank her, she would eventually lose her regains and end up in a weakened position. The only way to offset this would be to prank her victims and hopefully take some useful regains. Though she is not much of a prankster, she has worked much with Father Kotomine, who had been very good at pranks. Therefore, all she had to do to succeed with a prank was to imitate his mindset.]

[With that in mind, she rings the doorbell.]

2. 5721 Cunningham Lane

[Bazett has moved on to her next victim. She believes that this prank will both be easier and harder to accomplish than her previous ones. Harder, because the target knew magic, but also easier because of that. The target had mentioned that she used her magic to keep her body functioning. Therefore, Bazett had made a bounded field around the subject's oddly unwarded house.]

[The bounded field would not have any major effects. It would simply interfere with the prana flow of those within it. It would not be enough to cut off the girl's life support magic, but it would weaken it to the point that she would feel a little uncomfortable.]

[After this is done, Bazett hides in the surrounding shrubbery to observe if the prank will be successful.]

3. 2240 Stevens Road

[This time, Bazett is just going to try ding-dong-ditching. The message has been written on the porch and she is ringing the doorbell.]

4. 1447 Mitchell Road

[Again, Bazett's first attempt will be ding-dong-ditching, followed by other pranks if the initial attempt falls through.]

( It's definitely something! That is, it's nothing at all. So, do excuse her as she takes a seat on the top step and get to reading the discarded newspaper. Not like the news ever changes in this place. )

[Bazett decides to get a closer look, so she steps out from behind the bushes.]

Hello.

[The woman still looks completely healthy.]

( Corey glances up as soon as the other speaks, raising her brow before the familiarity catches up with her. )

Oh, hey there. You're the magic lady from the phone, yeah?

Yes, I am. For a magus, your house is oddly open. There is not even a bounded field.

[Her body tenses as she speaks. Since the magic had no effect, she is planning on using phyiscal force.]

Well, I did say I haven't got anything back yet. ( There's a pause as she takes another sip of her coffee and sighs. ) Also probably helps I don't really have any fancy-pants magical powers, just a lot of curiosity instead.

...You lied?

[Bazett feels half like crying and half like laughing. She had come with the intention to pull a prank, but had just found out that she had been pranked ahead of time.]

Why?

Hmm. Curiosity mostly, like I said.

( SHRUG. )

[She shakes her head and starts laughing, more out of exasperation than anything.]

That's it? You pretended to be a magus out of curiosity.

[She sighs.]

I was speaking seriously, Ms. Corey. You should not have treated our conversation like a game. Lying about things like these could have severe consequences.

( That's enough to set her cup down, sighing in a just as exasperated manner. )

Oh, yeah? Who said I wasn't being serious? When you want information, you sometimes gotta twist things to get the most out of what you want. Else why are you even trying?

Serious consequences, huh? I almost miss serious consequences, long as you don't shoot me in the head then I think we might be okay.

Because I wish to do my duty as an Enforcer.

[She crosses her arms.]

No, I will not shoot you. However, I do fully intend to prank you as per the requirements of this event.

Enforcer, huh? Well think of what I did as my duty as a curious courier.

Oh, well, that's good! But I don't think you're supposed to tell the person you're going to prank them.

I would rather have the element of surprise, but since my first attempt failed, I believe it is only fair that I warn you that this might be uncomfortable for you.

... Right, well, enjoy yourself?

...Please do not try to struggle.

[Even as she speaks, she is reaching toward Corey.]

Wasn't planning on it. ( A beat. ) Less you try and do something too crazy, of course.

...Would a wedgie count as "crazy"?

... Yes.

...Oh. What about a pantsing?

[She feels rather silly, seeing how she is asking her target permission to pull a prank.]

I guess that's... cool.

( Folding her paper and standing because, well, probably be easily than her sitting around. )

Then...please hold still.

[Saying so, she is going to take hold of Corey's pants.]

( How awkward, but... )

Maybe I should have asked you to buy me dinner first.

...Is that how it works? I suppose I can treat you to a meal if my assigned husband allows me the money...

[As she trails off, she yanks Corey's pants down to the other woman's ankles.]

...Sorry.

Haha! No worries, it's just a joke.

( WHELP. She's been stuck in worst, but this is still... a bit embarrassing. )

It's okay...

[After that is done, Bazett quickly backs away. She has no desire to even see if her prank is a successful one.]

I...will go erase the bounded field that I set up around your house.

( Just... quietly tugging her pants back up, things could be worse but still. )

Huh? Oh, um, yeah. Sounds cool.
