[ Can you be happy about losing a body part? Up until now, Emperor hadn't thought you could, but he is now proven wrong. Having become normal again after the operation, he got a package today. However the package this time around, is completely empty, save for a card, reading one single word;

Rei.

And when he picks the card up to read it, it only takes a moment and his arm is starting to slowly vanish into small particles. You can see it very clearly, and anyone who might see it would probably not find it normal that he's so calm about it.

The card falls to the floor, as his arm is completely gone.

Oh yeah, he feels good now, and it's showing on his face. ]

Fuck yeah.

Hey wobbly-feet! And hallucinating brat! You sane yet?

[Action B; the park]
[There's a very pleased one-armed child in the park. He sits comfortably on a bench, legs propped up there as well, taking up all of it. He has his right arm slung over the back of it and, well... there is no left arm. ]

Emperor, what happened to your arm?

[Had someone chopped it off? She knows the boy can be annoying, but even then, chopping off one of his arms is going too far.]

[ He looks up at her, and gives her a wide grin. ] It's supposed to be like this. I gave it away years ago, but when I first got this body back it was there.

I feel a little closer to complete again. [ Sounds a bit weird coming from someone who's lost something. ]

I see. I will assume that this missing arm is related to whatever powers you have?

[chibi_emperor]

Made it able for Rei to use my powers, so sort of. My powers aren't limited to only my arm though. All of me's the Emperor after all.

[answerer_sword]

[She looks him over and wonders what powers this child might have.]

Rei...is that the name of your partner?

[chibi_emperor]

You might call him that. He's the one human worthy of using my powers. Only him and no one else.

[ He frowns. ] There's no telling what the idiot's up to now that I'm here.

[answerer_sword]

Hopefully, he will not use your powers recklessly.

[Though she wonders if this "Rei" would still have access to his powers if the provider was here in Mayfield.]

[chibi_emperor]

If he go and die just because he's without my protection, I'll beat him up.

[ Now that is something to think about. ]

[answerer_sword]

...Would that be physically possible?

[Perhaps he would revive his partner first?]

[chibi_emperor]

I don't know. I'll do it either way.

[answerer_sword]

[She sighs. It seems that he is just using a figure of speech.]

Well, if he is strong and responsible enough for you to entrust him with your powers, then he will most likely be able to remain alive in your absence.

[chibi_emperor]

I would sure expect so. Though sometimes I've got no fuckin idea if he's responsible or not. He's such a fickle subject. [ But he grins as he says that. He does care a whole lot about Rei. ]

[answerer_sword]

Perhaps you can introduce me to him if he ever comes here.

[This "Rei" sounds like a strong man, whether as a potential ally or enemy.]

Of course. Can't let my subjects never see each other's faces.

[answerer_sword]

Of course, "Emperor."

[She is humoring the boy for now, but she has also started to become a little wary of him. If any beings from his world showed up, then she would have to question them to see about the boy's true agenda. After all, he seems serious about considering her to be his subject and therefore ally.]

[chibi_emperor]

He can be quite the handful, that child. [ He shakes his head.

No worries, this guy is a good guy, though he likes to pretend otherwise. Which is why he doesn't like the direction Eden took while he was asleep. ]

[The problem is, she has no way of judging.]

We all know people like that.

[For example, Rin Tohsaka.]

You do have a point, Bazett.

[ He'll admit that. ]

[answerer_sword]

[She just nods and leans against the bench.]

So how do you deal with him?

[Her arguments with unreasonable people usually ended with her manhandling them.]

[ Which means he doesn't. Not really, anyway. ]

[answerer_sword]

[She shrugs and remains silent. There is nothing more left for her to say.]

[ And Emperor will just continue to sit there, completely and totally pleased with the current situation. ]

I see you got rid of the arm again.

[ Emperor gives him a smirk. ]

It's as if fucking should be.

[ He simply raise an eyebrow. ]

Well, I guess that's good for you.

[ Now, if only he could get his powers back... ]

You never got any other expression on that face of yours, kid?

[ Blank stare is even more blank than usual. ]
