[She was missing yesterday, being operated on and stuck in the factory with all those other poor souls, so when she finally makes it back to her house the next day, she's looking a little ruffled around the edges, but not unharmed. Physically.

She certainly does seem confused when Kumarie and Moose want her attention, though. Animals are cute and all, but not really her thing.]

Everything, I'm sure of it. My memory's never been better. [Absently, she raises a hand to trail her fingers across the side of her hair, curlier than usual, but it must just be the weather.] I mean, sure, it hurt and felt pretty weird but... It coulda been a lot worse.

[achromous]

If you're sure you're okay... I was really worried.

[Something's still off, though...]

[mounties]

Aww, I'm sorry I made you worry. But I promise I bounce back great.

[Gratuitous hair ruffle!]

Hey, I am sorta hungry, though. How about you?

[achromous]

[...Canada is definitely acting weird. It's like it's not Canada, or something. Well, the asking if she's hungry is kind of normal, but still.]

I'm alright. Are you? They probably didn't give you anything to eat while you were there... I could make you something?

[mounties]

That would be great, Hilda, I'm starving. How about I go clean up while you make stuff?

[achromous]

[Canada should definitely have protested that more. Still, she'll start heading into the kitchen.]

What do you want to eat?

[mounties]

Anything's good!

[She's going to the staircase, just talking louder to compensate.]

If we've got any beef left, I'd really like a hamburger, though.

Hamburgers?

[That's... Weird. But Canada can have whatever she wants now that she is back.]

I think we should have some, if you want!

[Hilda will go about making one!]

[And now she disappears upstairs to take a super-speedy shower and change, feeling grimy from all she was through the day before. Coming back to the kitchen soon enough, she's wearing the lone pair of pants from her closet, thanks to the drone previously filling the wife role here. It's something Canada has yet to do.]

[It does seem like something was changed around in Canada's mind, but it didn't seem like Canada herself noticed. Maybe it was best to just go along with it? Even if it's unsettling...]

I haven't made hamburgers before, so I had to use a cookbook. I hope it's alright.

[mounties]

I bet they're great. [She's just... grabbing condiments and juice and assorted other things to eat now, because the kitchen table totally needs a feast for one (or two, if Hilda wants to join!) right now.]

You're a really awesome person to live with Hilda. I don't tell you that enough.

[Wow that's a lot of stuff; Hilda has made one for herself so she might as well sit and eat too...]

[Cinccino joins her trainer in the kitchen, looking at Canada curiously.]

You're turning into as much of a worrier as... what's-his-face is, you know. I'm great.

[She is eating all the things.]

[Hilda sighs.]

Hey! [Although perfectly fine a moment before, she probably comes off as downright pissed right now, annoyed with Hilda for not only doubting her, but getting her name grossly wrong.]

[achromous]

[Hilda's startled enough not to know how to answer, at least at first.]

...You're America?

[In the end that's a really stupid response, she's sure, but what do you say to that?]

Of course I am. Are you confused, kid?

[That must be what they did to Canada. She doesn't want to make Canada-America mad, though, and aside from that it seems as if she's alright. Maybe, therefore, it's better to play along.]
