Good day. My name is Nanoha Takamachi. I come to you all with an urgent notice. I promise that you will want to listen, and appreciate your time, but I will not to take up too much of it.

Mayfield is changing. I don't think this is something that can be missed. There has been new information uncovered and I feel that communication is the key to surviving here for much longer.

There will be meeting on Sunday the 30th of this month, at noon. It will be in the loading hangar of the Nadesico — a large spaceship docked above 947 Beulah. Whether you have a story to share, or just want to sit in and listen to others, I encourage everyone to attend; young or old, newcomer or veteran.

Feel free to spread news of this via word of mouth. My only request is that you not use the telephones, so that we can reduce interference. I will not discuss this further over the line, but I will be available every day at either the high school counselor's office, or my home at 1336 Benny Road. You may also contact Fate T. Harlaown or Hayate Yagami in a similar fashion.

I implore you... please, give this your utmost consideration.

[ Every time she hangs up the receiver, it falls from her hand a little heavier. Stretching the limits of her sleep schedule, Nanoha is quite tired. It is for a good cause. It is the right choice — perhaps the only choice. These are things she tells herself, for she can no longer sit idly by as their simulated world figuratively (and sometimes literally) crumbles around them.

However, she will greet those who come to knock with a pleasant face and a clean, welcoming home. ]

[ Action : Mayfield High : Open during school hours ]
[ —or one can catch Nanoha attempting to take short naps in her office. Whether it is about the meeting, school business, or a personal call, her door is open to all. ]

[Maybe she had overheard the phone call imploring others to join her at that meeting, maybe she hadn't. In either case, Sasami was more than willing to check up on her "mother"'s friend. Call it an old habit from home - seeing as her old home is filled with the oddest bunch of aliens you'd ever seen, Sasami included.

With a knock on the door, Sasami waited for Nanoha - or anyone else, for that matter - to open up, a basket of snacks in her hands.]

[ Sadly, there are nothing but drones in her house these days, and as she is lacking in house guests it is Nanoha herself answering today. ] Ah, Sasami, hello. [ A tiny smile. ] What are you up to, today?

Heh, I wanted to check up on a few people and see how they were doing. Especially after those weird events.

[she holds up the basket of snacks.] It's for you.

[He paused at the door, books in hand, and watched her sleeping on the desk. Well, that was rather unprofessional. However, if she'd been pushing herself like most of the people in Mayfield had been lately to figure out what was happening, he supposed it was warranted. Even he needed rest.

Tieria stood for a moment, wondering if she would wake, before turning to leave. As he did, however, his armful of books knocked into an object next to the door, sending it to the floor with a loud thump.]

[ The woman awoke with a start, and banged her knee on the underside of the desk in the process. ] Ah! [ One eye shut, she looked toward the source of the commotion — a knocked over plant, and also the newcomer responsible for that racket. ] Oh! Hello. I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me. [ Smoothing out her skirt, Nanoha rose out of the chair. She's a little frazzled, but it isn't so dreadful. ]

[Oh... that was a lot of dirt. And now it was on the floor. Damn.]

No trouble. There has been a lot going on lately.

[He put his books to the side and crouched down to start cleaning up his mess.]

I apologize for knocking over your plant.

That's very true. [ She joins him with a dustpan and a hand broom. Her voice is lower, since the door is still wide open, but she doesn't look at him even though he's still addressing him and she otherwise bypasses the matter of the plant. It isn't important to her in the slightest. ] Is that why you stopped by...?

Yes. [He also didn't look up from the task of cleaning. The need for discretion was high.] I heard your phone message.

[ Fortunately, she only cares enough about the mess to get it to where she can shut the door without just spreading the soil around more. It's dry. She obviously hasn't watered it today. ]

You're my first visitor. [ A hint of amusement, though her shoulders are sagged once she disposes of the dirt. ] I can't say if that's encouraging or not, yet, but I hope you won't be the last.

[He stood once they were finished, brushing his hands off.]

It is still early. Hopefully, there is enough time to gather more. [They did still have a portion of the school day left, after all.] There are many things about this place that are confusing.

You are hoping to share and gather information at this meeting, then? Possibly formulate a plan?

It's what I get for recommending discretion, I suppose. I have no way to know until it's time to gather whether or not my news has traveled very far. [ Save for those that she and her friends have spoken with, directly, of course. ]

Yes, that is our goal. I feel that now that the world around us is in a state of flux, this is an important first step to preparing us for whatever might happen next.

You cannot be certain if the informational leaks are only one way. [Tieria was referring to the various things that had been overheard recently from the "leaders" of Mayfield. If that security was spotty, then it could be dangerous for their own plans as well.]

I am not sure I would even know where to start to prepare for something here. It is very different than what I am used to from back home. [Admitting that was frustrating to him, but, with Hiling having been droned, and anyone else from his world who had been here but also permanently droned, Tieria was feeling rather alone.]

[ Nanoha nods. ] The same goes for me. This is unlike any situation I've faced, or seen on record, but that does not make it impossible to overcome.

That is true. Many unusual things have occurred back home as well, with no way to truly prepare beyond what we knew. We must overcome.

[He nodded.]
