Well, most kids'll show some sort of magic, but to really control it you need a wand. We get those before we go off to school when we're eleven.

Huh--don't think any magus I know of back home uses one. I know I never did, at least.

Helluva lot of it, you could say. I mostly use runic magecraft as a last resort.
