[A 40 foot long X-wing starfighter doesn't really fit in the average suburban driveway, let alone a two-car garage, so Luke's landed it in the park to tinker with it. He's brought some tools with him and laid them out on the grass, some made by other people in town, some made by himself, and others from the hardware store that he thought looked semi useful. The severe lack of technology here has been a bit frustrating to say the least.

Luke's sitting cross-legged on top of the craft near the astromech droid port with a couple tools, hunched over an open panel. There's a sudden spark and he quickly pulls his hand away.] Ow!

[Spaceships are really cool to find in the middle of the park. REALLY COOL. Picky immediately forgets about his plans to get ice cream and his promise to get milk at the store, and simply runs on over to have a better look.]

[Yup, things just got cooler.]

[Jazz looks...unusually drone-y today. Walking by the park in a tailored suit, carrying a briefcase. The fact that he works at the bar and has no need to dress like this or carry a case is the first sign he's probably up to no good. Or lots of good, when it comes to the rules of the City.

The second sign would be the way he slows to a stop and just stares for a moment at the ship and the man working on it's wing before breaking out into a big, amused grin.

No way. You can't be serious. That's...there is no way.

He saunters over for a closer look, letting out a low, appreciative whistle. The models shown in the movie are nothing compared to the real thing!]

Man, this is nice! [Sure, it's got a few dings and lazer-fire burns, but after a few million years fighting in his own intergalactic war, he doesn't know anyone who doesn't have his fair share of those.] How's it fly? Or does the city restrict that, too?
