[Loosha has been in a bit of a down mood ever since the carnival began. First, her friends were gone and she was lonely. Then, Luke came back with half his hand missing and a really sullen attitude that she just can't seem to shake him out of. Of course, she hasn't tried everything yet. And so that's what she's setting out to do: Try Everything.

Of course, she doesn't know everything that can make humans happy, so she's trundled out into town to do some people-watching. She figures there's no harm in doing so since everyone already saw her at that party. It's research!

So, what are you up to, Mayfield? Whatever it may be, this stories-tall dinosaur-manatee-seal-walrus-thing is very curious and is not being subtle about it.]

[she carefully lifts her head with the bag of pastries on it. But Czeslaw did a pretty good job of balancing it first, so she manages to lift her head upright with it there.]

mmn!

[she can't make a loud cheery noise since there's pastries on her muzzle, so that's the best she can do as thanks. Now hopefully she can walk like that.]

Hmm... I think it might stay if you walk slowly enough. It's too bad there's nothing we could use to tie it on.

[yeah, it really is too bad. Sadly Loosha doesn't have any ideas on the tying front. So she'll just keep her eyes focused on the bag, and put a careful flipper forward. And drag...

Her usual method of moving is a lot bumpier, so she really is going at a snail's pace like this.]

... drrrr ...

[Well, hopefully she can get the hang of it.]

I'm not in a huge hurry. I can help you carry that wherever you're going, if you want.

[She stops moving and looks back at him with mild confusion. Really? You'd do that for her?

It's not that she's been treated poorly by humans, but being a mostly-solitary lake creature, hospitality on this level is sometimes a new concept.]

[That's probably her asking for a confirmation. He gives her a large, firm nod and holds out his arms.]

Sure! You look like you'll be able to move faster if you're not worrying about this... and I kind of want to watch you. I've never seen a dinosaur before.

[ahh, what a nice boy. Loosha will smile in her way and lower the bag back down to him.

She doesn't walk on yet though. Maybe he'd like to climb up?]

[He holds the bag carefully and looks up at her, not understanding immediately.]

Hm? Is there something else?

[she will flap her tail up and down, and then stop and look.

Get on!]

Do you want me to get on?

[little nod. If you want! It's better than just following, right?]

O-okay! [He's blushing a bit. It's scary, but it's also exciting. He'd never get a chance to ride a dinosaur-kind-of-thing back home!]

Uh, how should I climb on?

[...hmm... that's right, he's carrying the pastry bag now. He can't just scramble up, can he?

Loosha lowers her head as low as it can go. You can just step on there and she'll slide you down her neck She's got thick skin, no worries.]

Are you sure that's okay...?

[He climbs on carefully as he asks, though, stepping very gently.]
