[Loosha has been in a bit of a down mood ever since the carnival began. First, her friends were gone and she was lonely. Then, Luke came back with half his hand missing and a really sullen attitude that she just can't seem to shake him out of. Of course, she hasn't tried everything yet. And so that's what she's setting out to do: Try Everything.

Of course, she doesn't know everything that can make humans happy, so she's trundled out into town to do some people-watching. She figures there's no harm in doing so since everyone already saw her at that party. It's research!

So, what are you up to, Mayfield? Whatever it may be, this stories-tall dinosaur-manatee-seal-walrus-thing is very curious and is not being subtle about it.]

[Not just coming by - looking in! This street's kind of dead so she wanted to see if there was anything going on in the houses. She backs up to give Sora room to stick his head out, though. He is now face-to-face with Loosha.]

Pweah!

[she replies, then sticks her neck out and squints at him, then looks in the other window, then looks back.

People watching. Or maybe spying]

[He looks at the creature, with an intrigued smile. But she doesn't look very happy for some reason.

When they're face to face he tilts his head.]

You okay there fella?

Ay.

[Loosha nods, looking Sora in the eye. It's not her that's not okay. She just feels bad for her friend...

But wait, she's sad, maybe she could see how he would try to cheer her up. That could give her an idea.

So she lowers her head again and lets out a pitiful noise.]

Kwaaaah...

[Yup, this big giant, dragon thing looks pretty sad. Sora frowns as he listens to it making it's sad noises. He extends a hand out to touch her head.]

Hey, it's okay. Maybe I can help. I'm Sora.

[calmingmelody]

[she lets him touch her head. Even bumps it a little because petting is nice.]

Waooo?

[A hopeful tone. Can you really help without knowing the problem, she wonders?]

[Well, probably not, but he can try! If only Donald was here to turn him into a lion or something, he could talk to her. Or wait was that his clothes? Well they were pretty normal right now so, guess not.

Pulling himself out the window to sit on the ledge of it, he keeps petting the creature's head.]

Maybe if you show me I can do something.

[She nuzzles Sora's hand, then pulls away again at the suggestion. Hmm...

She seems to be going away from the window. But then she turns her head and looks back expectantly. Hey Sora! Jump on the hydra dinosaur's back!]

When Loosha moves away from the window, he looks curiously, wondering what she's doing. But when she looks back to him and stops he comes to a conclusion. She wants him to ride her. Which is pretty cool. He grins as he hops onto the roof. Running off of it, he leaps on to the creature's back and sits on it.]

Waaay!

[ten points on the landing!! Loosha cheers, and looks ahead, and looks back at Sora. She's gonna take you somewhere, ok? Ok! Off she goes.]

[That's fine, he rode on a dolphin once! And a dragon, and many other creatures. So just sitting on the creature's back, wondering where they're going.]

[She stops.

It seems Loosha has brought Sora to a house. It's a normal Mayfield house, although a cane is stuck tight in the dirt, standing upright almost like a grave marker. However, she didn't put that there, and isn't looking at it. Her gaze is on one of the upstairs bedroom windows, where a kid's room usually is.]

If luke's mun wants to jump in after this they can.

[Sora looks at the window, now standing on the creature. Sorry, he thinks Loosha will be fine if he walks on her towards the window.

Peering inside, he hops onto the roof and looks in through the window of the child's bedroom.]

Is there someone you want to meet?

Kwah.

[Loosha shakes her head. She already knows this person!]

[He looks back at her with a raised brow.]

Um, okay? So what's here? Do you need to get something?

[It's not hard to notice a giant manatee in your yard. Once Luke spots Loosha, he sets aside the book he was in the middle of to make his way downstairs and opens the front door.]

Loosha, did you need something-

[And then he notices Sora.]

Oh um. Hello there.

Why yes. Posting order will go Luke -> Sora -> Loosha? LSL 8D?

[Sora here's the front door open. Welp, he's just going to walk to the edge of the roof and hang over it.]

Oh, hey there. I'm Sora. Er, Loosha here brought me to your house.

[Loosha tells Luke proudly.

With what, she's still not sure.]

[Luke blinks, glancing from Sora to Loosha.]

Not sure, Loosha was just by my house and looked upset. When I asked Loosha what was wrong and asked if I could help he or uh she, kind of brought me here.

[Hopping off the roof, Sora lands in front of the kid.]

I'm Sora by the way. [He extends a hand out to Luke.]

[She does think another boy would know how to cheer him up...It's too bad Luke noticed, before she could get through what was happening so he could be more subtle about it. Ahaha.]

[...Oh Loosha. He knows he's been sad lately, but...

He gives a small smile to Loosha. What would he do without you here watching out for him?

Luke takes the extended hand and shakes it in return.]

It's nice to meet you, Sora. I'm Luke.

Shaking Luke's hand he soon stands at full height again.]

So, Luke, anything I can do for you?

[He's grinning ear to ear. Making friends and making them feel better is like a job skill for him.]

[Luke smiled, he did! That's a great start.

Loosha smiles back, and is content to stay quiet and let their meeting unfold for now.]

[Sora's cheerfulness is a little contagious, and Luke finds himself smiling back as well.]

Um...

[There's not really anything he can do, but he can't exactly spend the rest of his days locked up in the house either.]
