[Sometime during the night, it seems something new has arrived. Nothing threatening this time, though. It seems the carnival has come to town!

Where normally there's only a plain grassy area in the town park, now there are rows and rows of brightly colored and lit stalls, bursting with food and games. All the stalls are manned by drones, though none you've seen around before. Besides that, it looks like there are a few fun looking rides, an exciting show, and a swell funhouse that's sadly boarded up for the time being.

So everything is pretty old and rusty, that just lends it charm. And please don't mind the grime, the strange smells, or the slightly haunting music. Have a sense of adventure, there's nothing off about any of this at all.

Get ready for some good ol' fashioned fun!]

[April giggles again and then gives him a nod.]

Okay then! ... Though if you're a superhero, what's your power? [The comics here have taught her that superheroes usually have powers.]

I'm Beast Boy.

[He promptly turns into a Pomeranian to shake hands. Paws.]

[Blink. Blink.] ... W-wow, that's incredible!

[And she crouches down a bit to shake the paw, smiling cheerfully.] Nice to meet you Beast Boy, I'm April.

[Unfortunately, Beast Boy can't talk as an animal, so he settings for barking cheerfully instead. The puppy will scamper off towards the entrance to the ride.

Clearly, this is the mark of an excellent bodyguard.]

[She glances from the entrance to the ride itself, before taking a breath and following the puppy in. She's still nervous about this, but she shoves that aside.]

[Beast Boy will wait for April to buy a ticket or whatever sort of barrier there is before sneaking in behind her. It looks like they can take a seat in the car.]
