I...couldn't catch everything that was said over the radio, but I was able to jot down the basics, for everypony that's interested:

(A slight rustling of papers before she clears her throat and reads aloud.)

I don't know if anyone heard this...
Get out of town now, for all our sakes...
...signing off."

And I believe I heard the name "Richard Grey" somewhere in there, but I can't be certain. Can anyone confirm this?

Yup; things seem to be falling apart in the worst way possible. I...it'll probably get really dangerous in the coming weeks. We need to prepare for everything we can, Zidane.

Hey, Twilight - do you know any place in town where I can get some weapons? A pair of normal kitchen knives tends to drag you down.

Well, there a few blacksmiths in town who'll probably offer their services to you. I know an enchantress who'll probably help you out as well; I don't know how well she can make blades and other sorts of weaponry, but she somehow manages flying dolls with guns and swords, so she probably knows her way around a few of them.

It sounds strange, yes, and honestly...it is pretty strange. However, she showed them to me herself and I'm convinced. If anything, just ask for Kreutzer. She might be doing something in response to all of this.
