I...couldn't catch everything that was said over the radio, but I was able to jot down the basics, for everypony that's interested:

(A slight rustling of papers before she clears her throat and reads aloud.)

Chance to strike back. More dangerous that ever...unstable...only gotten worse since.

Some kind of carnival...trying to hurt you...
...find the answers you're looking for.
Codes in the system.
Holes through Mayfield. I know, I'm...Mayfield...
I don't know if anyone heard this...
Get out of town now, for all our sakes...
...signing off."

And I believe I heard the name "Richard Grey" somewhere in there, but I can't be certain. Can anyone confirm this?

Interesting... A shame that none of us happened to be have a recording set up for us to properly decipher this...

By reflex, I reach for a pen and paper over tape recorders, but maybe there's someone else in town who managed to get an audio recording...?

I...might not have much, but I believe what I have can still be useful. A lot of the details are sketchy and there are plenty of holes to share, but maybe others picked up on what I missed. Did you happen to hear anything different?

That's alright; I'm sure no one was really expecting it. I'd suggest taking down a few cliff notes for your own benefit. Try to remember a few of these things:
