[Well looky here. Zombies. This is just great. Applejack's seen Nightmare of the Dead before, and that was a good reference for the last time there was zombies swarming Mayfield. Last time Theo kept the house pretty safe from them too, so she figures this will probably a good place to keep an eye on things.

Most of her friends can probably handle this too. It's not like they're new or can't....

OH SWEET CELESTIA APPLE BLOOM IS HERE NOW!!

And now there's an orange blur as a pony runs out into the street.]

Goldarn it, this town just enjoys making things difficult, doesn't it?!

Part B | Anywhere in Town

[There is a frantic orange pony running down the streets. Occasionally she checks the street signs with nothing but a look of annoyance. So much so that at some point, she feels the need to shout her frustration.]

Why can't Ah find Stevens Road?!

Part C | Outside 2239 Stevens Road

[Applejack has finally made it to where her little sister said she lives at and is now trying to find her. This involves pounding on doors and shouting. Hope your housemates are understanding Apple Bloom!]

Apple Bloom? APPLE BLOOM?! You okay! Are you here? Oh please don't tell me she's out in the town during this...

So this town gets Poison Joke, too. [Not quite, Apple Bloom] I'd better be careful.

....An', uh.....what's a necromancer? [Not hearing Kreutzer's question]

A necromancer is a type of magician who specializes in controlling the dead, commonly wielding dark magic and having the ability to summon undead minions to do their bidding. They're usually persecuted against due to people naturally being against manipulating corpses and lives to and naturally viewing them as evil, but not all of them are so bad.

(Kreutzer shrugs. It was a bit of an explanation, but she was just being honest.)

In short, they'd be very useful in this scenario since they can control zombies.

[Applejack was about to say she didn't know the term when Kreutzer provided the info, which she takes in with a nod.]

Yeah, that sure sounds like Theo, alright...

[Applejack looks to Apple Bloom.]

Hopefully when this dies down, you can get a chance to meet him. He's a bit grumpy and selfish, but he's someone you can trust here, alright?

Ah guess not much we can do but wait things out here then, huh? What exactly do you have to eat, Kreutzer?

Perhaps when it's a calmer situation, yes; I'd definitely like to meet him.

Ah, well I've been buying more greens now that Apple Bloom is here. We have plenty stocked up, so we should be fine.

And...I suppose we can bake a few treats, if you'd like. We have enough for that as well.

Oh..[Grumpy doesn't sound good but if Applejack says so, then he's probably okay. ]

I'll help ya, Kreutzer! As long as it's not cupcakes.

Well, whatever you have or want to whip up is fine with me, though Ah definitely could use something to drink...

[Applejack takes another look out the window before glancing back at Kreutzer.]

So, um, those dolls are the ones you mentioned you spent a lot of time with growing up then?

Certainly. (Kreutzer will get right to work on those drinks. She keeps fresh water in the fridge, so she'll go right ahead and serve Applejack a glass. As for what to make them, she's looking around the kitchen, trying to decide. At the question, Kreutzer pops her head out from the fridge.)

Mhm. They make for a surprisingly lively bunch, but I adore them all the same. When they're not engaged in combat, they're quite friendly.

[Suddenly distracted by the dolls] Wowee! How do they come to life?

[Applejack takes the glass in her forehooves after Kreutzer sets it down.]

Ah was kinda curious too about how they move. Is it anything like how unicorns move things around?

Not exactly like unicorns, no. My abilities are those of an enchantress: one who can bestow magical abilities to inanimate objects. It's taken most of my life to reach my level of skill, but it's well paid off. A simple example would be enchanting your hat with resistance to extreme weather, such as the heat or cold.

My dolls are much more complicated because they're brought into not only life, but self awareness, much like any of us three.

(To provide demonstration, Kreutzer picks up one of the inactive dolls on the couch. She shakes it a bit.)

This one I finished sewing not too long ago. Note its lifelessness and behavior of a regular doll. Through enchanting...

(A magic circle forms around Kreutzer as the doll flashes with green light several times. Once the circle dissipates, the doll, snaps to life and floats into the air.)

"Ah, hello Ms. Kreutzer, Ms. Applejack, Ms. Apple Bloom. We'll be safe from the zombies in here; I'll begin preparing food in the meantime." (And off she flies to do just that. Yup...that really happened.)
