[Action] Being AU Mindy is suffering....
[In this fake!canon update, Mindy returned home to her 'normal' life with her parents. But this time, she refused to hide her ability to see ghosts. Insisting on their existence and becoming more and more desperate to prove it. To make a long story short, this lead her to contact more and more spirits, some of them quite dangerous. But she needed them. To call up the police and give them frighteningly accurate tips on where to find missing bodies. Or to push away bullies. Or spy on people. Anything to convince her parents that she wasn't lying.
But as she became more isolated from her peers, and her behavior became more erratic and confusing, her parents were at a loss to explain any of it. They tried everything. Therapy, drugs, blaming each other. Nothing really helped. And they were both busy professionals who had their careers to think of. At their wits end, they finally committed her to an institution that specialized in helping juveniles with severe psychological disorders. After a year of incarceration, Mindy was pulled back into Mayfield, a familiar if no less scary place.]
[Today, Mindy can be found quietly drawing with chalk on the street in front of her house. She started on the driveway but ran out of room. And far from her usual fare, these pictures are of what appear to various monsters and spectres. Some of which are exaggerated versions of ghosts, or creatures from fairy tales. Others might be familiar to the long time Mayfield resident. These are the half remembered horrors of her 'previous' stay in town and include Hazmats, the Milkman, and the 'monster' from the hospital.(Black Mage) She seems to be totally absorbed in what she's doing. Approach?]

[Holland hasn't been affected by what has been happening to Mayfield residents, and he's pointing out Black Mage. He hadn't seen the strange little man since he'd . . . well, it couldn't have been his fault the guy was droned.
And if it was his fault, good.]

"Respectful" meaning hopefully it's far enough away for Mindy not to notice. Though, curiosity is getting the better of Crona...this seems to be odd behavior for the younger child.]

Hey, Mindy. You busy?

Hi, Picky....
I'm not busy. I'm just drawing.

[He stops asking as soon as he actually looks at what she's been doing. Monsters. Regular monsters and strange monsters and... and even Mayfield monsters...]
That's... a lot of scary stuff.

I'm drawing all the scary things. All the bad things I've seen....
