[action] Gardening (Backdated to Mother's day.....)

[Oichi has no idea what mother's day is, but she does like the proliferation of flowers it seems to bring. And having received one of her neighbor's trees for a Valentine's day gift from her not!husband several months ago, she has decided that she likes having flowers in the yard.

Which is why she's doing a little gardening today. Oichi can be found in two places.

A)Around town, collecting flowers. Which means that she is wandering in and out of shops, with shadowy arms picking up various flowers and holding them up for her to inspect. The ones she likes are retained, while the ones she doesn't are cast unceremoniously aside. But it seems that her current decision between petunias and mums. Which is why two shadow arms are holding the choices up in front of you.]

They are both such pretty flowers....

Which should I keep?

[ B) And later, back at 1668 Nelson street, Oichi is planting her new acquisitions. She making quite a mess of the yard, and giving little thought to placement or aesthetic. She seems to think that more is better. But she does seem to be in a good mood. Bother her?]

Yeah, get your floral party on up in this place, haha! [sits in the middle of the ones she tossed aside and starts fiddling with them] I love these starmonkey types of herbology, there weren't that many growing by the beach where I come from.

Oh, did you live by the sea? It must have been such a pretty sight.....

It has been such a long time since I've seen the ocean...

[And the last time she was there she was way too busy killing pirates to appreciate the view.]

Yeah, my hive was plopped down right by the shore 'cause my old goat loved the sea. I like this town and all, but I gotta say sometimes I miss the sound of the waves, y'know? The lake here just ain't really being the same.

[She smiles faintly and gazes into the distance.]

Yes... There are many times when I think of home....

Of how different thing were....

And feel... wistful. The flowers here are lovely, but it would be nice... to see cherry blossoms again.

I don't think I ever done seen those before. Sounds real delicious, haha.

What was your home like?

In my youth.... it was very beautiful.... Mountains and plains....

the Sakai river....

And then... so much of that... was burned away....
