[Ky notices that his magic has been sealed as soon as he wakes up; that and the completely unfamiliar surroundings lead him to believe he’s been kidnapped. Why kidnappers would bother to change his clothes, though, was a mystery, as was why they would leave him unguarded and unrestrained. Even unarmed and without magic, it was foolish to assume he wouldn’t make trouble.]

[Like any good ex-cop, he’s up and out of the bed to assess the extent of the situation in no time.]

[He’s wandering around trying to look like he’s not completely at a loss, though considering the way he stops and boggles at things like cars and telephone lines, he’s not doing a very good job. He also frowns to himself every time he sees a street sign, and seems to be looking for something specific. Help the poor guy out?]

[Said overgrown lug of a son is peacefully snuggled away in bed- a flagpole (not his usual and with an unrecognizable flag of red white and blue) is propped up in a corner of the room, some messy papers on the desk, his RIOT jacket is draped over the back of the chair and super manly tubetop draped over it. His boots are sitting kicked off on the floor.]

[ANYWAY so he's dead asleep good luck with that one Kiki.]

[well, if Sin's asleep, it can't be urgent, so he takes a little time to glance around- what happened to that flag? why did they let Sin keep his clothes?]

[after a little while of picking through the papers on the desk, he glances back to Sin, stepping closer but hesitating before waking him up.]

[The papers on the desk seem to be filled with arithmetic equations, essays scrawled in poor handwriting (note many red marks on them), and handouts- school papers.]

[Luckily, being that he lived with Sol in the wilderness most his life, even the slight sense of a presence nearby stirs him awake-- he suddenly rolls over and sits up with a start, crackling slightly.] --Who's'ere?

[after a second, he pulls back, keeping his hands on her shoulders as he looks her over- she's not even disintegrating!]

[Don't mind him. In fact, he walks RIGHT PAST YOU. An honest mistake, really. His mind was elsewhere and looking around for familiar people wasn't the priority today.

Usually it was, but for some reason, today he was off in la-la land.]

[the sensible thing to do would be to just shake it off and stop pretending to see people he knows in random strangers on the street]

[CREEPER. Unbeknownst to him, Johnny is being followed. It takes maybe only a couple of minutes, that he hears footsteps. He pauses and looks over his shoulder.]
