[Anyone who drops by the dairy between the hours of three PM and five PM on Tuesday will find that the door's been unlocked. Even though the door's shut, there's a strange humming sound coming from inside the building.

Careful if you want to try to peek inside, though. You may not like what you find.]

[ Then he looks back toward the dairy and takes a deep breath. ] I wonder what's so damn important about this place, and if that has anything to do with why we can't drink the milk delivered at home.

[Tieria narrowed his eyes slightly.]

For whatever reason, someone is toying with the milk. I cannot imagine that someone putting dangerous ingredients into it, however, would be important enough to lock the building from outside access. There is something else there. [At least, there had to be, right?]

Makes you wonder just what the hell's going on inside, doesn't it? [ Touma clenches his jaw briefly. ] Not knowing's starting to tick me off.

Mm. [He frowned. Should he trust this kid? He'd seen him around school, but they'd never talked before.]

If we cover each other going in... [Back-up? For a bit? They were in a common predicament, so they were on the same side, right?]

Don't you want to wait for the others? [ Speaking a little more familiarly, on a hunch that could go either way. ]

And risk them destroying it before we find some answers? There are plenty here who will act without thinking, rashly, and will likely destroy anything we could use to find out more about this place.

[ Prophetic words, stranger. Touma shakes his head. ] Well I don't even know what I'm looking for in there. For all we know, it's a trap. Much as I'd like to charge in and throttle the answers out of someone, I already know this place is nothing like home and who knows what's waiting for us in there.

I think I'll wait for Tatsuki, at least. [ Someone who died alongside him is about as trustworthy as it GETS in Mayfield. That, and he might be tossing out the name to test for recognition by proxy. ]

It could be, but that is a risk we will have to take if we want answers. [He nodded, though he had never personally spoken to anyone by that name.]

Very well, then. Be careful. [And he started across the street.]

[ Risk. He should be taking risks, right? That's who he is. Touma can feel that hot blood in his veins, but reason and loyalty and ... a good amount of fear keeps him rooted in place.
