[Anyone who drops by the dairy between the hours of three PM and five PM on Tuesday will find that the door's been unlocked. Even though the door's shut, there's a strange humming sound coming from inside the building.

Careful if you want to try to peek inside, though. You may not like what you find.]

[The Captain is looking for a chance to punch the Milkman.

So, the super hero flies to the Dairy, again. This time, attempting to go in instead of breaking it down.

He opens the door. Hopefully it is a far better tactic than flying into the wall.]

[Crowe is there, alone. That is how thieves should work. Sneaking in during the daytime is difficult, but he was going to try. Crowe was not good at many things, but sneaking was one of them. He's got a bag with him, and inside is a flashlight, his lockpicks, a camera, and a handgun. Hopefully he won't have to use the latter, but he knew how these things went.

He did his best to sneak in before anyone else, before anyone blew his cover.]

[Parked a little ways away from the entrance to the Dairy is a cop car, with good old Officer Major standing beside it. Really, he doesn't doubt there is much he can do to keep the more persistent people who want to get inside from getting inside.

But by God, if he can't still be an annoyance or waste time.]

[Oh, look. Remember the last time they were in this exact situation.

Unfortunately, Susan is in no mood for fun and games this time around. Something may catch the Major's attention out of the corner of his eye, but when he turns, he will be confronted with rather boring scenery.

She would mess with him if she weren't above such petty nonsense. ...Oh, wait, no, there goes his hat. Must have been the wind. Susan heads inside the dairy, quite calm.]

[Well, no sense in being subtle or cagey about this since the town always seems to know what everyone is up to all the time anyway. Here's Dad, pipe in mouth and layer cake in hand, striding confidently up to the door of the dairy looking for all the world like a deliveryman making his rounds. Ain't nothing gonna shake his cool.]

[He's here again. He remembers the feelings of those droned when he was here last time. Now there would be even more.

He inhales, hand on the door, and enters the dairy.]

MEANWHILE AT THE BAKERY; p-placeholder for the DA and other people

[The DA is meeting here before venturing into the ominous building across the street! And a handful of them are already in the bakery, keeping an eye on the dairy, along with whatever supplies they've brought along with them.]

[Given what they found in there last time, is it any wonder certain personifications and their family might have an interest. Death holds the door open for Susan]

[Secret, questionable buildings? Sneaking around? Suspicious cover-ups? It's just like being back home.

Medic is pretty good at not being spotted; his life pretty much constantly depends on it. This time he's brought a gun, though. Much as he likes saws, sometimes you have to sacrifice for practicality. His armed hand nudges the door open and he leans in to see, not wanting to expose his head too quickly.]

[He isn't screwing up. Not this time.

He didn't get to go inside in March. When people first got to go in, to investigate, Pokey had screwed up. Had still been self-absorbed, selfish, and compulsive. He still was, really. But at this point, he had something to temper those feelings with.

Pokey wouldn't call it love. Not out loud. But that's what it was.

He needed to get inside this time. Owed it to the people he'd known and who might be trapped in there to at least try and do something. He isn't going to just jump at danger like he did in March, or flaunt. He'll try to take it as practically as he can.

He's scared. Of the possibility that it really could be what they'd been told it was in March. That in the end, everyone he's known who's now gone is trapped in their, being used to keep this stupid town alive.

And he doesn't need to just know. He needs to see it. And if he can? Help stop it.

So Pokey will be cautiously attempting to sneak in and around, to get a look at what might be going down.

He can do this.

[Shepard's ready to rumble. She's got a heavy pistol that Garviel gave her, and she's at least dressed in pants and a shirt. You can't go around going commando in a dress.]

[Susan enters, bypassing the Major along the way and invisible to the other curious inhabitants of the town. ...Invisible to all but the one she had been expecting inside, of course.]

[Luke doesn't hesitate to check out the dairy as soon as he hears the phone call. While he's followed his not!dad and his group inside, he's checking out the area inside the dairy to see what all he can find.]

The resistance assault

[ In what might as well be an instant replay of the April Assault, Garviel stands tall after his night's observation, and he will walk with any of the resistance gutsy enough to stand with him towards the Dairy, directing people towards the flanks and to watch the rear. His bolter is hoisted in his left fist, his chainsword clamped in his right. He means business, he's even brought his grenades today ]

Those that have been in here before know what to expect. Look for the tanks, if you find them, or the generator, demolish them and free the souls of the drones. If we're waylaid by residents of the town or minions of the masters here, don't hesitate. This is our chance to strike back. We must grab it with both hands.

[Lyon shows up to the meeting a few minutes early, decked out in her apprentice Queen's Knight gear. Runes equipped, sword at the ready, something in her pocket that she's unsubtly fidgeting with. Oh yeah, she's ready for this.]

[There is a little girl standing across the street from the dairy, looking nervous. Mr. Pemberton was going in for a look. She knows it's a good idea, since most people can't see him, but she's still scared. What if he never comes back? She watches as he disappears into the building.]

[It could be said the Major has a knack for knowing when his rivals are around. A sixth sense, in a way, bordering on the supernatural. The man craved conflict, craved confronting others, and those he deemed as the most interesting of his targets were people he seemed to almost be able to hone in on. To lock on to, like a missile, propelling itself forward with the intent of destroying both the target and itself.

But it wasn't supernatural, not by any means, and he has no idea that Susan was herself there. Has no reason to believe that what knocks his hat from his head is anything more than a stray gust of wind that knocks his hat from his head.

He picks it up. And slowly, turns and looks at the Dairy entrance.

And grins.

A coincidence, to be sure.]

[Doors unlocked? Psh! She's dramatically kicking those doors open with her back hooves. Take that, doors.

And once she's inside, she'll be looking around. Not so much for clues, but for anything she can smash up in the process.]

[He hadn't, in fact, heard the phone call. Still, it was hard the miss the small-scale exodus in the direction of the dairy as he was riding his bike along the streets of Mayfield.

Netherlands will sit on the curb across the street and simply watch, taking a slow drag on his cigarette.]
