A couple of trouble makers have eaten some of the tainted baked goods. Though they're physically the same, something is very different about them.

[Did you like the paint job on your house? Your car? Your fence?

Did you enjoy not having paint on your trees, pets, or lawn?

Well too bad! The Captain and BLU Scout are tearing their way through town, having too much fun painting everything in sight. Houses and cars will end up with special tags.

If you get in the way you might just get painted on too!]


B) [Action | Wherever you are!]

[The two have teamed up to pick on some dorks random citizens of Mayfield.

The Captain is still super strong and Scout is still really fast. Also, they are both kind of jerks.

They are going to be cornering people and picking on them. Expect noogies, wedgies, and other immature behavior.]

What? You got to be ☠☠☠☠ kidding. Why would you be rooting for less than the best?

[Locke's just strolling on by, minding his own business. He's been noticing the town has been acting... strange, but so far nothing's happened to him.]

[The Captain spots a target!

He waves to Scout and swoops down to try and catch Locke from behind. Trying to snag his feet and hang him upside down.]

[Scout comes running over, a mischievous and malicious grin on his face.] Nice grab, Cap! Hold onto 'im!

[Locke blinked once, maybe twice, before finding himself upside down. At first he wriggles to get free but eventually stops.]

O... kay. Hey guys, what's hanging? ... besides me, that is.

[Holds the guy at just below eye level to scout.

His grip is abnormally strong.]

He isn't going anywhere.

[Hol Horse had just managed to pull himself out of a dumpster, having been jumped and robbed the night before. He is not about to put up with anyone... approach with caution!]

[Hope is neither strong nor fast, and without his magic he's just a really smart kid waiting to get picked on.

He doesn't stand a chance. It really doesn't help that he has no idea who the Captain or BLU Scout are. So he'll walk right past them without questioning their behavior as anything out of the ordinary.]

[Scout suddenly steps in Hope's path.] Hey! Where ya think you're goin'?

[Stands behind the kid, putting a hand on his shoulder.]

Why the rush? You should learn to lay back and enjoy life sometimes.

[With that, he shoves the poor kid to the ground.]

[Aaaand a foot on Hope's chest, as Scout leans down to look at him.]

[Engie's making a quick trip to get groceries. He's also been affected by the chocolates, resulting in him regressing back to the point where he was the bully magnet of his school. Pick on him, y/n?]

[The Captain will spot him the moment he enters the grocery store.

Nudging Scout, he walks over and pats Engie on the back.]

[The Captain has a packet of condoms which he is putting in Engie's hand. Looking around conspiratorially.

Hopefully Scout picks something equally bad.]

[Scout reaches into his jacket pocket and takes out a half-empty bottle of rotgut gin.] Yeah, looks like mine are full too. Hang on to this.

[Engie yelps with shock and fright and backs off.]
