[ By now, it's probably a familiar sight to see this seven year old moving through out the town. He stops on occasion to jot something down on his notepad and then continues on his way. It's like he's inspecting every aspect of the town to see what's different and what's consistant. Why he's doing this? It's hard to say. ]
[ He's also looking over the people he crosses and every now and then will stop to talk to a drone about something ridiculous- asking them weird questions like 'do you play soccer?' or inquiring as to the weather and making comments about the news paper. ]
[ When he loses interest or has the information he was after, he continues on his way. ]

[ His daily walkthrough town has taken him to the park. The sun is about to start setting so he doesn't really intend to spend too much time out and about. In fact, he checks the watch he'll have to use temporarily to see that he should probably start heading home and see what his household was up too. ]
[ A sudden 'mewling' noise has him stop however, and he glances around for the little kitten he's sure must be around somewhere. He hears the same sound again and realizes that it sounds slightly distressed as it continues to mew at him or just in general. It doesn't sound injured so...? ]
[ Conan glances around carefully and looks up in the trees-sure enough a kitten has managed to get it's self stuck up there. He lets out a tired sigh and moves to the tree, setting his backpack on the ground to use as a boost so he can up the tree. ]
[ It takes a bit of doing, but finally, he manages to get to where he can reach the stranded cat. He holds out his arm for it to come closer but the next thing he knows is there is a loud crack and he landing directly on the arm that he had been trying to get the cat to come to, a searing pain shooting all through his left side. ]
[ And, as if to add insult to injury, the kitten hops down on to his head, to the ground and rushes off. ]

… Except! The grocery store’s probably much, much closer! Even though it’s kind of boring to just buy chalk there.

Besides, candy is ridiculously boring and dull. I wonder if I can find dolls, too…

It’s too bad that this place doesn’t celebrate Hinamatsuri. … Maybe I should kidnap some people to play the roles as the dolls and take a picture of it!
