What is paradise?

For the person who brought us here, this place is paradise. After all, they can play with their toys all they want, break them all they want, and repair them all they want. The same for their play set. And in a way, I guess that is a valid paradise, isn't it? In the end, comfort is what everyone wants to some degree. And this place must make our captor comfortable, so I suppose that then is paradise.

But what's paradise to one person isn't to another, as we're finding out here. I suppose, then, if you had to design paradise, a perfect world: what would it be?

For me?

A place where all creatures might live together as equals.

[That's a horrible oversimplification, but it's technically true. Lucifer wants a world where man and demon live side by side as equals. The fact that this would be carried out by constant competition and warfare he'll leave out for the moment.]

With enough determination, it could be quite possible.

Ah I guess so. It probably won't happen here though. There's too much of a power difference between us and the people runnin' this place.

Then it's simply a matter of us catching up.

If it isn't from where we are now, then we need to simply move to a point where it is.

But what kind of point would that be? We've got freakin' Gods trapped in this place. It's hard to think of a higher point then that.

Gods who haven't regained their full powers yet, in most cases. And time is rarely a captors friend.

And there is much that can be above gods as well.

Man? I know normal people can take out those with super powers, but being more powerful then God?

Do you think it's truly impossible?

Not for some...I mean, the beings who run this place have taken in God's as I've said, they may have been normal people once but they sure ain't now.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't know if it's possible to stay normal and still defeat a God.

There's a difference between gods and God.

Normalcy, I think, is a subjective term. One might be extraordinary, and yet still be human.

I'd like for that to be so, I don't know. Nothing can surprise me anymore I don't think.
