[When Yuuko wakes up early this morning, she can't help but gasp in a deep breath. That's all it takes for her to know something is wrong, and opening her eyes only confirms it. Within a few minutes, she wanders her way around the house, and eventually finds her way to the kitchen.

She hasn't been hungry in so many years, she'd forgotten what it was like, and she begins raiding the cabinets and making a mess of things very quickly. The ruckus is sure to wake anyone else trying to sleep nearby.]

[B: Phone.]

[The chipper voice of a girl comes through to whoever decides to pick up the phone at such an early hour, sounding much too happy and awake right then.]

Waking up in a strange bed in a real house... How did that happen, I wonder? I haven’t fallen asleep or left school in such a long time. There’s definitely something strange going on here. Maybe it’s another mystery!


Buuut, that aside... [The voice chuckles.]

Teiichi-kun, are you there? In fact, can anyone hear me? There must be someone who can out there!

[C: Action / Around town.]

[Yuuko is wandering around town, waving at whoever she passes enthusiastically and generally acting like someone who's been outside in forever. Every drone (or non-droned person, for that matter) that gets within a few feet of her is getting grabbed by either their hands or shoulders and having their personal space invaded.]

Hey, can you see me, too? Can you hear me?

<sub>[Rorona had gotten up early anyway for alchemy-related purposes (re: pies or cute outfits to make her alchemy students wear), but the noises coming from the kitchen are definitely suspicious!!! She doesn't even really think to check the portraits, she's just going to try to sneak up on Yuuko in the kitchen.

... So did I ever mention Rorona has a habit of vocalizing sound effects because a ninja Rorona isn't.]</sub>

[Yuuko stops when she hears Rorona's super sneaky sound effects, glancing over her shoulder and just waiting.]

[It's taken Aziraphale a while to get used to sleeping, and he's still a fairly light sleeper. So it's not surprising that he's woken by the noise. On the way down the stairs he notices that the pictures there have changed, so he's not too surprised to see the new girl - his new daughter - there.

He steps into the kitchen, folding his wings as close to his back as possible, and gives her a smile.] Hello, dear. Hungry? [He moves around her to put the kettle on, putting together a pot of tea.] I'm Aziraphale.

[She answers him without really thinking, pausing in her rummaging.]

Ah, I'm Yuuko Kanoe.

[Yuuko leans back on the counter to look at Aziraphale, barely staying balanced. Her eyes are a bit wide in surprise.]

You can see me? Really?

It's nice to meet you, Yuuko.

[He smiles at her as she turns around, fluttering his wings a little.] This place turns us human. [He briefly glances back, and then sighs.] To start off with, anyway. Everyone will be able to see you here.

[She stares at the wings. Things just get weirder and weirder.]

So, I'm alive again? And a they brought a tengu here, too! How did that happen?

Hmmm? Oh yes, yes, I can see you! <sub>[what's personal space when you're a ghost? also, is this a game because Pamela can totally play!!

Ahh, that's really amazing! There's so many people here who can see me. I thought people who could do that were a lot more rare than this!

[It could be a game if Yuuko decides she wants to play. But how do you win with two cheaters playing?]

Hmmm, is that so? People normally can't see you, then? How curious, hmmhmm... why, it almost makes me think... you could be a ghost! Oh my, but I've never had a problem with being seen by others.

[Now, she's all up in Pamela's grill.]

Hey, what's going on here? How could somebody bring me back to life? There's no way they could put me back in my body; it's only bones now!

I can see and hear you perfectly fine. Is this supposed to be some outdoor physical?

[Yuuko laughs and drops her hands, but doesn't move any further away.]

Oh, no, nothing like that. I just haven't had so many people who can see me since... Well, since before I can remember!

You mean no one has ever saw you before?

I can definitely see you. [ And immediately after that, she'll push Yuuko away. She likes having her personal space, thank you very much. ] What, are you a ghost or something?

Yeah, that's right! I'm a ghost.

[And she just grins. This is a totally normal thing, everybody.]

Or I used to be, at least. I think I'm alive again.

Yeah, everyone automatically turns into an ordinary human or an ordinary animal when they arrive here. [ There's a pause, before she ponders a bit.. ] How did you die, anyway?

[Hey look, this girl is kinda different than the others. Gray skin, pointy ears and teeth...]

Uh, yeah, I can. Now can you get out of my personal space, dude?

[She lets go, glancing up and down at Marceline. She's curious but keeps her questions to herself for the moment.]

Sorry, sorry! It's just been such a long time since I've been noticed like this, you know?

Huh. What, are you some kinda ghost or something?

[suddenly being grabbed by her shoulders?!]

[Whoops, coming on too strong again. She smiles sheepishly and loosens her grip.]

Sorry for startling you! There's so many people who can really see me, huh... How interesting!

[ Not appreciating the invading of his private space, here. Belphegor does that way too much already. He slaps away her hands, and a tonfa is pointed at her chin in just a split second. ]

[She holds up her hands in surrender.]
