That's great, Kanaya.

[He's never cared that much about the whole repopulating the species aspect, and the destruction of the matriorb happened at a time that was too devastating in other ways for him to ever have thought too long on it.

But it does feel like an incredibly hopeful sign that they can make this place a permanent home, his efforts aren't being wasted. There's a lot of work to be done before Mayfield is suitable for wigglers to hatch but he has that time. Give him a few sweeps for it to hatch and grow and for them to grow as well, and maybe he can do it.]
