➶ so when the sun is coming up and you go
➵ ACTION | 1761 BEAVER STREET | MORNING
[ Nathaniel finds himself awoken by the sun poking in through the window. He takes a moment to wonder at how well he actually slept- his first dreamless sleep in a long time- before actually opening his eyes.
This was quite nice, actually. Soft bed, warm sunshine, the Champion of Kirkwall.
... Hold on.
Not that he would deny that Hawke was an attractive woman, what little he really saw of her while they were hip-deep in Darkspawn gore, but he really would have remembered going to bed with her. She really didn't strike him as being... forgettable.
He rolls over to take stock of the rest of the room. The mabari seems like the only normal thing there, really. Everything else is... off. This doesn't look like any building he's ever seen, anywhere. It's the picture on the nightstand that finally startles him, and he sits bolt upright, causing the dog to start as well and it begins barking at him.
Once that crisis is over, he'll finally pad downstairs to take a look at the rest of the house and meet the rest of his "family". ]
➵ PHONE | LATE MORNING
[ A hesitant pause. He's still not sure about this thing, even after a tutorial. ] Apparently I should try this... thing out.
This is the fastest way to get in touch with the town at large, correct? At least, that's what I've been told. [ if Hawke is just messing with him, they're going to have words later. ]
I guess this is the part where I ask questions about our situation, but I've been mostly informed, I think. Unless someone can point me towards where I might lay my hands on a bow and some arrows?

I'm in another house. Exactly like yours, if my guess is right.
[phone]
Funnily enough, though, my house also comes with Hawke and her dog.
[phone]
I'm sorry. I thought you said you were in a house with Hawke.

... I can't believe Mayfield would...
Never mind it.

[Wait a minute.]
... Just don't take up drinking around her and there won't be an issue.

...
Are the two of you... involved?
[phone]
When you put it like that, it sounds unpleasant.
