The third portal is not what you expect.

It's found in the middle of the Greased Lightning auto garage in the center of one of the building's walls. The drone workers in the garage don't look at or speak of it, but they seem to be avoiding its presence.

From what you can see in the garage, the portal opens up into what seems like the interior of a train's carriage, or first-class seating on an airline. You can see down what seems to be a large, impossibly miles-long aisle, with floors and seats made of luxurious red carpeting. From where you're standing, you can see the arms and legs of the people sitting in those seats, and in some cases the backs of their heads. They're all very well-dressed, and seem pretty lively, although you can't hear anything from this side of the portal.

Upon stepping through, other than the same tingle felt by the other portals, a few other sensations may hit you. The first, and most jarring, is the sense of vertigo caused by suddenly being hundreds of feet above sea level. If your ears pop, that would be why. The second is the smell of delicious food wafting into your nostrils; the supper trolley must be getting close.

The third, and a little less pleasant, is a faint buzzing in the back of your head that will be more than a little familiar to anybody who visited the carnival. Glancing around the cabin, you may notice the same holes that littered the sky back at the carnival: pockets of pure nothing, each about the size of a dinner plate, are scattered here and there across the aisle. Looking at them for more than a few seconds hurts your eyes as well as your mind.

It is while glancing around the cabin that you may notice two things. The first is the windows of the cabin, outside of which you can see the surroundings of your vehicle. It's neither a train nor an airplane: it's a blimp, bigger than any you've ever seen. Above your window you can see the bottom of the great balloon your cabin is attached to. Below, you can see the ocean, and ahead on the horizon, land. It seems the airship you're aboard is headed straight for a large metropolis on the coastline.

The second thing you might notice, now that you're close enough to see them, is the fact that none of your fellow passengers have faces. Their bodies are moving, shifting positions and gesticulating as if they're talking to each other, but no noise emerges from the patch of skin where their mouths would have been. The same goes for everyone occupying the seats down the aisle, which stretches further than you can see. Even when you poke and prod at them, the faceless passengers don't seem to notice your presence- yet.

[This wasn't natural at all - okay, granted, Nozomi had just stepped into a portal to who-knows-where and is trying to get her bearings straight at the moment, but still, it wasn't natural. Having already transformed into Cure Dream - opting the more familiar powers than the new ones she got just recently - her curiosity had gotten the better of her as she decided to poke at... the food.]

Oh, wow, it looks so delicious! ...I wonder if Karen gets the same thing back home...

I wouldn't eat it, Nozomi. Just in case. [Rin was worried, doubly so with the people around there. The faceless-ness unnerved her and she clutched a hand around the mask she had brought. If anything she could throw it on something and run for it, with as many people in tow.]

Huh? Oh, well... I guess that makes sense. [Reluctantly, she pulls away from the food, then starts glancing around.] Do we know what we're looking for exactly?

Some kind of clue, anything out of the sort. It should look significant.

But, that could be anything...! [Curious, Nozomi goes to get the attention of one of the passengers.] Excuse me, do you-- [she's cut off as she gasps, getting a good look at the person.] They don't have any faces!

Nozomi get back, he could be dangerous! [But no, the person doesn't even respond.] God this is not good for my heart...

[And Nozomi does so, looking around as she does.] This place looks so large... if we're gonna find what we're looking for, we'll need to get going, right? C'mon!

[And with that, Nozomi starts sprinting down the aisle.]

Right behind you! [And she takes off after Nozomi, keeping an eye out for anything dangerous or out of place.]

[A few minutes pass and Nozomi starts to come to a stop, a little weary.] This place... just keeps going! I didn't think blimps were so big!

[Shoutaro keeps his fedora steady as the blimp bobs a bit. he's been exploring for a while now, not sure what exactly he's supposed to be finding. But, he's taking notes all the same.]

I should've asked more questions about the higher-ups...then maybe this would make more sense.

[He'll spot Nozomi up ahead. He'll jog over.]

Shoutarou! [Waving at him.] You came along too huh?

Huh? [Nozomi turns her head and spots Shoutarou.] Oh, hi, Shoutarou!

[He'll wave back.]

You should've known I can't resist a good case.

Though, I have to say I wasn't expecting this.

I don't think anyone was. I brought backup just in case. [And she opened her bag to reveal the mask.] If I'm going to use it, its going to be in here.

I... just went ahead and transformed. I didn't know what else to do! [Nozomi's just grinning sheepishly and blushing.]

Both sound like good ideas.

[He'll pull out his memory, but he's not about to transform yet.]

Especially with some of those people I've seen around.

[He naturally doesn't trust things that don't have mouths.]

Yeah. We should look around some more. Something has got to be out of place here.

You mean like that? [She points to the odd black voids surrounding the cabin.]

That...would count as something strange.

[His hat is now pulled back to show his forehead.]

Yeah... but it's a little obvious don't you think? And how are we going to get a void of nothing back through the portal?

I think it's going to smaller, more... personal I think. If its related to that woman, then there's a chance it could be a small object.

...then, maybe we need to try to find a room or something and look in there.

[Shoutaro gives the portal a longer glance, only turning away when his eyes start to hurt. He'll rub them a bit as he speaks.]

Well, hopefully that room doesn't involve any more of these things. I wouldn't recommend looking at them for any length of time.

Yeah. Lets go find a room then.

[Moving over to the nearest wall, she tried the handle of the first door.] Hmm...

[And as Nozomi waited for Rin to see if the door opened, Nozomi stepped back, fiddling with another door, just in case.]

[Shoutaro keeps his view on the hallway, taking a tally of available doors they could check.]
