Plan Four: Attack of the Star Wars Hairstyles

[Leia isn't too pleased when she gets a phone call telling her she's been missing work. After explaining that no, she did not in fact cut hair for a living, she's told to go down to the shop or lose her job. Which is no doubt code for droning in some manner so today you can find Leia....]

[A. Barber shop: No she does not look very happy about it. However you might notice the drones with long hair seem to be getting some strange hair styles. Lots of braids and things like that. Gee it's almost like someone's a star wars fan or...oh wait. If you walk in the store Leia will look over.]

It may have taken them a while but they finally got around to giving me a job. Do they look for jobs we wouldn't enjoy having or is it simply my bad luck? Either way, I'll be at the "barbershop".

She's so bright and full of questions. Always eager to learn about everything that crosses her path. Both my children are... it makes the drones downright disturbing.

Sky's twelve. Luke is seventeen and off at university already.

My brother is named Luke. Hopefully your Luke doesn't cause as much trouble.

[Or time line headaches.]

What is he studying?

He doesn't often cause trouble, but it does seem to have a tendency to find him.

[Like she's one to talk]

He's studying physics. Brilliant boy.

My brother is the same way.

[She shouldn't talk either.]

Really? Good for him. It's always nice to find something you're interested in doing.

[Trouble is more fun anyway]

The real trick for him was deciding which science he wanted to go into. He's always had so many questions.

[She nods.]

I take after my father myself. So it was easy for me to decide what to do. I'm the senate member for my planet Alderaan.

Are you in sciences as well?

[afterthesky]

No, I'm a journalist. Though I did end up focusing on a lot of science related stories because my aunt was a microbiologist.

A senator. And they have you cutting hair.

They do.

Well I suppose they couldn't give me either of my old jobs here.

I also doubled as one of the leaders of the Rebellion against the Empire.

That's not really the sort of job one gets given, of course...

Most of the jobs here aren't really.

But both of mine are a little more, will of the people involved.

I suppose I'll be able to cut hair as well whenever we manage to get back.

Who knows. It might even turn out to be useful.
