Well it seems like something grand is finally going to happen. It seems to be putting many people in a state of panic, but before that escalates to a higher level, I'd like to offer my support.

I'm an enchantress, you see; I can put together most kinds of machinery and equipment, provided I have the material for it. I've been working on a separate communications system for those who won't have access to phones or anyone while they're exploring: communication crystals. I doubt the town will have any access to these, so if anyone's interested in helping me test them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

But since everyone will want to prepare, I'd like to help out with that as well. Weapons, defenses, utility items...if it's within my power, I'll make it. The town will likely be restless for a while, so anyone who needs my services is free to contact me; my name is Kreutzer.

That is the plan, yes. Their size makes them very accessible, but I have to confirm contacts can reach each other through concrete and other such materials.

That wouldn't be a problem at all. Are you and your partner looking for anything specific?

Makes sense. 'Specially if we have t'go underground, or just go through buildings. Back where we're from, th'humans'd just started workin' on wireless telephone technology. Kinda big an' unruly stuff, nothin' like what my people were used to, but it was a start.

We have a few things we're kinda missin' right about now. Pistols, guns, bit different then what they have here. Prowler's gun used acid pellet projectiles, for one.

D'yah think y'could set up somethin' that used intense light an' sound? That was my main weapon. Stun 'em so they can' hitcha. Non-lethal, but effective. Like a strobe-light an' speaker system that wouldn' require me t'carry around a record player and an actual strobe light...

[Ok, so maybe they're a little specialized. But when you've been fighting as long as they have, you learn what works best for you.]

(Ooooh, specialized weapons. Kreutzer loves making specialized weapons. They were a respected sort of challenge that kept her on her toes and came with a great feeling of accomplishment when finished.)
