[School has ended, leaving Sophie a little disappointed- without Asbel here to teach her things, it was a good way to improve her reading skills, though it was fun while it lasted. With her newfound free time, though, Sophie has turned her interests to flowers, her potentially second favorite thing aside from crablettes (or even better, those royal crablettes Pascal talked about). With the small allowance she has, Sophie can be found at the flower shop today, having remembered where it was from her first day in town, looking at packets of seeds. She can't read all of the names, but choosing based on how pretty they are is alright too, right...?

After making her selections, Sophie goes up to the counter to pay, only to find she has more than she can afford. Well, time to figure out what to go without.]</sub>

[Kotomi is wandering back home after doing a bit of shopping herself. Seeing Sophie sitting there makes her tilt her head a bit.]

...Sophie-chan? What are you doing?

_{[She looks over at Kotomi, then at the front yard, and at the seed packets she has in hand before looking back over at Kotomi.]}

I want to plant a garden.

[Kotomi puts her bags down by the side of the porch, and takes a seat, herself.]

Hmm. I don't know much about the exact process of agriculture...

_{[She thinks.]} Flowers need... love. And a lot of care. Asbel had a flower journal that his father made... maybe we should make one, too.

I did have a garden back home...though I wasn't the one who tended to it. [She places her chin in her palms, silently surveying the front yard for a moment.]

Though I do not know what a 'flower journal' is...?

It had drawings of flowers, and had things about them, like their names.

[Her face lights up a bit in recognition.] So, a reference book, then. That should not be too hard...I might have a printed one lying around somewhere...

_{[And immediately, Sophie becomes excited.]} Really? Kotomi, we should go look for it right away!

Mmm! If you'll excuse me for a moment.

[With that, she gives a small bow, and picking up her bags, goes back inside. She emerges about ten minutes later with a heavy-looking hardcover book, a rose printed on the cover.]

[ Roxy figured she'd be nice and get her faux-robo-dad something nice for Father's Day. Robots liked flowers, right??? Well, everyone should.

The striped scarf hung at her neck, wrapped around her form as she roamed the aisles. A curved hip was too dangerous as it would bump the tiny girl just a bit. Roxy's eyes glared, more so in shock that she was unfocused enough to bump into someone. ]

Woah, you okay? My hips don't lie but, I swear I didn't see you there.

[ Too bad Roxy interrupted the girl's internal dilemma. ]

Your mom or pops here? I didn't see anyone in the store when I talked in.
