[early morning, Beulah St]

[Rin seems to have caught a cold of some kind while she was out and about. Her skin is flushed, and she occasionally coughs into her forearm. She's trying not to let it get her down, though, so here she is walking out of her house with her dog on a leash.

She gets a ways down the street before she completely falls down on her face. Not moving, not breathing. Her hand is still gripping tightly on the leash though. The dog stands over her, whining with concern and occasionally pulling away as far as he can. Looks like he wants to drag her back home...]

[late afternoon]

[guess what - that thing from before? IT WAS STEP 1 OF RIN JOINING THE UNDEAD. Now that the virus has reactivated her body, she's out for blood in the way she knows best: with her roadroller!

So Mayfield, enjoy the massive yellow machine crushing everything in its path, including you if you're not careful. Occasionally the roadroller's driver screams unintelligible noises - wait was that a WRYYYYYYYYYYN - oh shit!!]

[ He don't really care for the person crumbled together on the ground. What he pause to look at, however, is the dog. Hibari walk over, and scratch the dog behind its ear to calm it down. After a while, he reach to get the leash out if the girl's grip, so the dog can leave if it wants to. ]

[The dog sees that he is free and starts running around a bit, but he is pretty loyal so he doesn't leave the area. But then he starts barking as though something is wrong... ]

[just as Rin's arm shoots up to grab Hibari's as it pulls away with the leash. Her other arm pushes her chest off the pavement and she lunges with her mouth gaping, looking to sink her teeth into his arm!!]

[ He probably miss it because of the dog. He does like animals, after all, which is probably why she almost get him. He curse. ]

What the hell?

[she missed. Well, maybe attacking from the ground wasn't the best plan. She pulls herself up into a standing position. The dog runs over to start jumping around and barking at them, although it has no idea what's going on with Rin, only that something is very wrong...]

[ Hibari whip out his tonfa, waiting silently for any attack. The dog should leave though, he think. ]

Hibird.

[ His little pet bird fly around, chirping at the dog. ]

[The zombie is not afraid of his tonfa. They're just little pieces of wood. The robot in her thinks they'd hardly do a thing. And the zombie in her thinks even if they could, she won't die.

Of course, Rin doesn't have any combat training, so when she attacks him with all her strength, it's like a wild animal, screaming and clawing and biting.

As for the dog, it's confused by the bird, but come on, it's a little creature up in his face, of course he'll be distracted by it. If Hibird wants to lead him away, he'll chase it.]

[ Hibird is being a very good little bird getting the dog out of the way of the ... fight. Not that Hibari'd call it a fight, but either way.

He aim the tonfa at Rin's face, spinning it around so the bottom tip can strike. ]

[HOLY SHIT MAN WHAT THE HELL.

Miku can hear those noises, you know. And it's thanks to them that she has jumped out of the way. Seriously, who's the guy operating this? She's going to have words with--]

Rin-chan?!

[zombie Rin has some basic memories, so she can tell that Miku isn't food.

But why not crush her anyway? No one else is around so far. Maybe she'll lead her to humans.

She's just gonna try offroading that roadroller at her.]

[Oh, hey, maybe she's breaking through. Maybe Rin's just taking the roadroller out for a ride--

Oh, crap.

Miku shrieks again, scrambling out of the way just in time before Rin rolls her over. She does not want to be squashed via roadroller, oh man.]

[Rin will just keep rollin' rollin' rollin'. It looks like she's determined to kill Miku!

Oh, or maybe she just needs a distraction. QUICK USE SHITEYANYO AS BAIT!!]

[SHITEYANYO IS LOCKED IN HER CLOSET. But you know what, fine, she's making a beeline straight for her house. Desperate times call for desperate measures, after all.

Now she just needs to stay alive long enough to get there. And to that end, she is throwing a leek at Rin to distract her while she runs like hell.]
