[Norway rather quickly found that this is where he's supposed to be working. Tailoring has never been something he's tried, but at his age he can turn his hand to most things. He enjoys the relative quiet, and the way that he can pick up gossip as people seem to forget that he's there as he's silently taking their measurements. Already he has seen several examples of the 'drones' that he has been told about, and has forced himself to behave normally with each of them. It's enough to give him a headache.

Anyone coming into the shop during the day would find him sitting at a table, turning up the sleeves on a dinner jacket]


B. [Location: John Doe Park]

[At half past five, Norway can be found in the park, sitting on one of the benches. He would appear to be alone, but quietly humming to himself, occasionally murmuring a few words, made half-tuneless by the volume.

He seems content, but will anyone speak with him?]

[ She shifted an eye to him, walking quietly over to him, she wanted to have a good, hopefully quiet time and Norway wasn't someone she knew well, but he looked like he wouldn't get in her way. There, she'll sit down next to him, and continue to watch her surroundings. ]

[His greeting is quiet, using the name of her nation out of courtesy, and he glances at her as she sits down. He certainly appreciates the quiet]

Hmph... [ There was a small huff at that, crossing her arms before letting it slide for now, enjoying the quiet as well. ]

[With a house full of drones, Latvia likes to spend as much time outside as possible. While taking a walk through the park he only vaguely registers his surroundings, lost in his own thoughts. Although...

He comes to a halt. He thought he saw someone familiar but he's not sure. Looking back he can see Norway sitting on the bench and he can't help but wonder if he's really there or not. Unsure of what to do he just stands there and stares for a while]

[He's quiet for a long while, eyes closed, listening to the birds and the breeze moving through the trees. Russia had been right, it was always pleasantly warm...]

[When he notices he's being stared at, he glances up, and the tiniest of smiles touches his lips]

[He speaks quietly, as if not wanting to frighten him off]

[Noting the hint of a smile he takes that as a sign it's safe to approach. Not that he really felt that threatened by Norway before... Latvia takes the seat next to him]

It's getting warmer, I guess June isn't far off.

[He shifts over slightly to allow the other a little more room to sit, and leans forwards, resting his elbows on his knees and clasping his hands together]

[Norway closes his eyes for a moment]

This is.. a very strange place.

Nei.. I woke up here.. ah.. few days ago.

What year is it for you? I mean, before you woke up here.

[Norway looks, if Latvia is paying close enough attention, saddened for just a moment before he wipes the expression away]

I was just wondering. A lot of people here seem to be from different years or even time periods.

[He nods]

I have seen Danmark.. but he is from a thousand years ago.

There are a lot of us here. Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, England, America, Sealand...

[He counts them off on his fingers, trying to see if he's forgotten anyone]

Wait, I think Spain... and... I know there's someone I'm forgetting... Oh! Netherlands too.

[Most of those, he doesn't care for, but a couple catch his attention]

Estland mentioned.. Finland has been 'droned'. I have not seen him yet.

I didn't know Finland was here...

Uh... well, maybe it's just temporary. I mean, it happened to my neighbor here once but she was fine in a few days.

[Norway has never been the easiest person to make conversation with - sorry, Latvia - and he sits in a silence which is for him quite comfortable for a few minutes before he decides to speak again]

I assume that you have been placed within one of these 'family units'.

Sort of... I live with a family but they're all those weird people. Like Finland is. What did you call it? Droning?
