Her years of undercover work assisted her in sweetly convincing her two "children" to let "Mommy and Daddy have the day to themselves, Mommy really needs a day off." Housemates are free to overhear this conversation. She's scarily convincing.]

I'm going to be cooking dinner tonight, if you'd like to join. I would imagine a holiday that would remind us so much of home might be a bit...unpleasant.

[Why hello there! Riza is shopping for groceries. And she's not the best cook, so she's carrying a recipe for each item she is planning to make for dinner, and carefully checking that list to the item she's taking off of the shelf. Intervene/assist?]

[Prepared with groceries, Riza has spent all afternoon cooking and managed to make an edible meal and even make the table presentable and all that. She'll greet each of her not!babbies with a little bit of a knowing smile and invite them in for a hopefully delicious dinner.]

[Roy's overhearing it alright, but he can't be bothered to comment on it as he's hard at work in the kitchen, doing the one thing he never thought he'd do - cook. But it's a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon, so he's managing to handle it fairly well. When she's done giving her frightening routine to the drone kids, he calls out to her]

[Riza turned, surprised he had nothing to say regarding her tricking the drones--usually he at least had a wise crack to make.]

This breakfast won't eat itself, that's all! And I'll have the coffee ready in a minute.

[Her eyes widen at breakfast on the table. She was not used to him cooking--ever--and it was interesting to see he'd done so today.]

Ah--well, that is very nice of you. Did you make something to eat as well?

[Because it is far too awkward to sit at the table and eat alone.]

I did! It's not quite the romantic meal you deserve, but it's a start. You do so much for me, breakfast seemed like the least I could do in return, Lieutenant.
