The Pretear is the one who helps the Leafe Knights fight Saihi! We wouldn't have been able to beat her if we hadn't found Himeno! Shin is my best friend in the whole world. He... well, he was five when I was at home.

Well, Hayate was the one who found her. Completely by accident, he bumped into her. But we'd send Shin over to groups of girls to try to find the one we were looking for.
