2nd Seal Unlocked
[Action - John Doe Park]
[there's a former Immortal sitting on a bench in the park today and he looks rather sleepy. Dainn had forgotten that a human's sleep schedule was much different than a vampire's (or rather, he had been ignoring it and forcing himself to stay up at night) and the lack of sleep was finally coming back to haunt him.
sighing, he stood up and began to make his way home. since he's not paying attention to where he's going, it's very likely Dainn will bump into you.]

Human bodies are rather...difficult to deal with, aren't they? [where a laugh would normally go is instead replaced by a yawn.] Would someone be willing to explain how they work to me?
...feel free to be as detailed as possible. I don't understand them at all. [now he finally laughs.]

It's important to get plenty of sleep at night and have an afternoon siesta too!

Well, that depends on what you specifically want to know. Everything is going to take up a pretty lengthy amount of time. And, I'm not a book.

For food, your body basically needs energy to keep running at the level it normally does. You gain this energy by eating food, and your body converts it into energy, fat, protein, and the like. For a general guide, junk food - or fattening things that are like candy, chips and the like, aren't very healthy. Fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and protein are healthy. Although, try not to be too excessive on the dairy - in case your human body is lactose intolerant.
And for sleep, your body gets tired after using too much energy. In order to refresh itself, it goes through a period of inactivity where it recovers. This is known as sleep. To sleep, just lay down and lay still. You'll eventually doze off. They say seven to eight hours are needed for the healthiest results.

Ah. And I assmume a human is more geared to sleeping at night than in the day. [which was a problem for him since he was used to sleeping in the day.]
phone
Yes. But, those habits can be changed. It's possible to adjust your schedule to sleep during the day. [ So, it's not totally bad! ]
phone
Well that's nice to hear. I'm not used to sleeping at night yet, so it's good that I can keep my normal sleeping habits.
phone
Yeah. You shouldn't be changing those so quickly. Just continue to sleep normally. If you start to feel the need to sleep at night, let me know. I can probably drop by and lull you to sleep. [ I.e. knock you out. ]
