I have dealt with them and many others, but why do you need such a person? If this is about Remilia's little stunt she's harmless and not worth the time outside those who have proper responsibility over her.

We are looking for people who are powerful enough to oppose any type of being but not due to that previous mishap. It is to stave off problems from those who are both evil and good, as both sides are prone to harming innocents. For example, see the previous problem Mayfield had, caused by a man who claims to have the best of motives.

Not one to waste time, I simply think this town needs a balance. Good and evil are two sides of the scale, both capable of tipping it into oblivion. Who out here will stop that?

I agree with that, there is a balance needed and no one to fill the role. No means to enforce it and no precedent to take.
