[ It's been a while since he's even picked up his tennis racket. It's funny how tennis used to be an everyday thing. A constant. Something that was apart of his daily routine. Now it's something he can do if things aren't blowing up.

He's at the Rec Center tennis courts, rallying hard against a wall. It might've been a while since he's come down here, but he sure as hell isn't out of practice. He'll still be able to kick anybody's ass in a match.

Tennis is a great way to just relax. ]

[ A quiet exhale. ] Nobody's havin' any after effects. Any feelings after twenty-four hours, are... somethin' else.

[ Which means whatever it is he's feeling towards Bel is all on him. Can't blame Mayfield for this one! ]

You sure they're not...lying or something? [ But if this isn't after effects....what is it? Well he's not stupid, he sort of knows, but...really? But that means... ]

It'd be nice if they were. But all four or five of 'em lyin'? I'd be a big fuckin' coincidence.

[ Yep, that sums up Niou's feelings. Like somebody took the love feelings and just turned them down a few notches. ]

Yeah, sounds sorta far-fetched.

[ Honestly, the only reason Bel knows what that means is because Mayfield made him fall in love with Niou at Valentine's. But him, having feelings of that kind towards Niou? Really? ]

[ Besides Valentines Day, he's never felt like this towards anyone. Not knowingly, anyway. And Valentines Day hardly counted, because it was all Mayfield's fault. But now it's all him, and... he doesn't know what to do with it. ]

[ Niou sits in his highly confusing thoughts for a moment before he remembers that he should probably be saying something. ]

No after effects, but I still want to punch Rin in the teeth. Maybe I've always wanted to do that, though.

He chuckles. ] I don't know the guy, but if you don't like him, why hold back?

I would. Madoka's friends with him, though. I don't think she likes us fighting. [ And he is not going to be responsible for her crying or something. ]

Easy then. Just need to provoke him. [ Provoking people is one of the easiest things ever. ]

Yeah. And this kid is way easy to provoke. He almost makes it boring.

That does make it boring. Unless you start a real fight. [ You know, one that involves blood. It's fun being a part of a bloody fight. ]

I'd say the last fight was pretty real. [ But they were both fueled by the lilies at the time. ]

A fight's real when your life's at stake. [ Clearly he's been in the killing-business too long. ]

That's good I guess. Can't have you get killed. [ Okay, he doesn't think Niou would get killed just like that, but he doesn't know how good he is at fighting. ]

Don't want me gettin' killed? Aw, how sweet. [ That's not all sarcasm, either! He sounds like he might actually kind of sort of mean it. ]

It'd be sorta boring if that happened. [ More like suck. ] Of course. I'm a prince after all. [ And that's sweet of you too Niou. ]
