3rd Coffee
[Action; Around Mayfield]
[She wasn't exactly why she ate the candy in the first place. She wasn't even all that fond of the stuff. Still, she was bored and was trying to see how long she could get away with not showing up at her assigned place of work before she got in Big Trouble.
But after the candy, none of that mattered. She'd found herself a black, under-wired nightgown from somewhere, and was now wandering around Mayfield, looking for potential meals. Or perhaps just new playthings.
...Okay so it's a bit weird, not having anything vampiric about herself whatsoever, but she's sure she can improvise. Or something]
[[ooc: Open as open can be. Mal's been band!candied, enjoy]]

That's an odd... well, let's call it a fashion decision.]

Oh how she misses when she could move faster than the blink of an eye. That was a lot more impressive]
Good evening.
no subject
If you can call it good. A little cold out for that, isn't it?
no subject
[Such a lie, she's freezing. Still, she'll sidle up to him]
So...what brings you out this fine, fine evening?
no subject
no subject
Sounds like you've had a busy day. Maybe I have something to relieve the...tension.

[Just her luck that there's one coming up, and he isn't even expecting trouble from a weirdo running around in a nightgown. Any implication she made, that went waaay over his head. Though, hasn't he heard her voice before?
It's... probably a huge mistake to stop and turn to ask, but he does.]
Do I know you?

Natalie stopped short and stared, leaning in closer and narrowing her eyes to better take in the oddness.]

Except she does and she's kind of regretting the look, but it's what all young vampires wear and she can't just buck the trend. She pauses as the glaring, turning with a smirk]
Can I help you?
no subject
No. Uh... no. I'm fine. You could probably stand to... put on a sweater?
no subject
[Then, she's back to smirking again] Why? I don't feel the cold.
no subject
[It was hard to think of a proper answer for this situation. Natalie stood there, opened her mouth to say something else, then stopped and pressed her lips together.
Maladict-a. Alright. Alright, then.]
Would you... happen to be a vampire, Maladicta?
no subject
Oh no, my secret is out. Whatever will I do now?

He was also apparently a much more oblivious guy, considering how he somehow misses Maladict. He'd...be a pretty easy target, honestly.]

Hello, Benson~

And just blithely not notice there's something wrong with Maladict. At all.]
Oh, hey Maladict! Uh. Something up?
no subject
Lots of things. The sky, the stars.
no subject
They are, aren't they?
[And now he's just staring up at them still.]
Pretty nice night, isn't it? But it's always nice nights here. So you headed anywhere? I was kinda just on my way home, but I wouldn't mind like talking for a bit.
no subject
[Her smile widens. And not in a good way] Home is always a fun place to head to.

Come on, now, I'd feel bad if I left you out here like this. I didn't used to get cold either, but I do here.
